    I love my HTVRont, though i have reached a point where I'm buying the HPN 16 x 20. Anyway, something that greatly improved my HTVRont experience was replacing the heat mat it came with with an Artesprix foam mat, sometimes with a nomex pad too. Really provided a lot more pressure, and it was consistent. Thanks for all your great videos!

      We really liked the feature of the HTVRONT as well but we weren't able to increase the pressure enough for DTF to LAST. We even tried replacing the included mat and swapping it out with 2 layers of 1/2" silicone base and still did not have enough pressure. We were able to print edge to edge but the transfer prematurely wrinkles in the wash.

      I want to get a 2nd press, and I am debating between a very simple 16x20 or the HTVront press. I have a 15x15 swing arm. I really want the HTVront, it looks so simple.and easy to use, but I do have a 13x19 sublimation printer, so I keep thinking I need the larger press.

    How do you get the logo that you print is there a video on that? Im not trying to use that logo but wanted to to know how get a logo thats just print one time to the shirt. I saw vinyls it takes like 3 vinyl sheets seperate presses. Im planning on draeing own logos so how would i be able to make them printable. Thank you

      We create our own artwork. You do not need to separate layers or colors when doing DTF. DTF prints full color. You can do 1 or you can do 100, the same way. If you are needing transfers, feel free to give us a try. www.transfersuperstars.com/products/dtf-gangsheet-builder

    Those swing around presses will get the job done but for large production they are annoying to use because you basically have to swing them a full 180° to get it out the way

    • @transfersuperstars
      @transfersuperstars  9 місяців тому +1

      Yes I totally agree. Its not ideal for production speed.

    I'm confused by the heat tests. So for the cricut, for example, when you did the heat test you got around 242 the first time and about 270 i think the second time. But in the end when reviewing the pros and cons you said the heat range was lower (230 - 240 or something). The numbers didn't match from what we saw initially. It was the same for all of the machines. What am i missing/not understanding?

      Its overall low because we set it at 300 and its not even close to hitting that in any of the areas.

      Helps ensure that the transfer is embedded on the shirt. We see a big difference in the wash test

    I have Cricut Easy Press 2 12x10 heat press and I love it, but when doing a big design on a T-shirt it was a hassle having to press separate sections, so I went and got an auto press, but I'm curious about your tests, because I may eventually get a manual heat press, because while I love the auto press, you can't adjust the pressure.

    • @transfersuperstars
      @transfersuperstars  3 місяці тому

      If doing DTF, you definitely need more pressure. We haven't been able to get good results using any hand held presses like the Cricut.

    • @transfersuperstars

      Durability is great as long as you are using a good heat press with heavy pressure. We have shirts that still look great after years.

      I don't have one in particular that I would recommend. We purchase ours from overseas and have limited support, If I were to make a recommendation, I would look at all american print supply or dtfsuperstores for some domestic printers that have good service. Goodluck!

    Which heat press would you recommend that will have all the features needed?

    • @transfersuperstars
      @transfersuperstars  6 місяців тому +1

      It really depends on the features that you deem necessary. Most of the budget presses will get by but if you're looking for something that is a nice size like 16x20, pressure level gauge, auto release, countdown timer, standard outlet, We have one but it is 1 tier higher than the budget presses. www.transfersuperstars.com/products/heatmaster-prisma-pro-auto-open-dtf-heat-press-machine-16x20

    • @transfersuperstars

      It helps with longevity and durability, especially for those that don't have a good press we recommend a 2nd press. We personally always 2nd press and have had no complaints.

      There are different transfers out there so be sure to follow instructions but regarding our transfers, we usually let it cool for 15seconds. This is important when transferring artwork with small details.

    Hello I buyed the Vevorr 2 in 1 heatpress before I saw this video, but the machine is so bad. I printed many times but I do not get my hot peel result. Now I am waiting for Vevorr to make a decision, because I want to return it.

    • @transfersuperstars
      @transfersuperstars  9 місяців тому

      Hello, The 2 in 1 from Vevor isn't a great machine. There are plenty out there that are much better.

    • @LilyBecca
      @LilyBecca 9 місяців тому

      I have a Vevor 7-in-1 Swing 15x15. I bought it directly from Vevor because their prices are lower than Amazon. The only attachment I have used is the mug press. It worked great, but I now have a tumbler press, so I don't use it anymore.
      My Vevor has been amazing. I have used it for vinyl and sublimation. I will say I would sometimes have issues when doing extremely large vinyl designs. I would flip the shirt and press it again upside down to resolve the issue. I've never had an issue with sublimation. I've done all kinds of different substrates, including some pretty thick pieces of wood and slate. Everything from tshirts to acrylic to wood and more has sublimated perfectly.
      The press is unstable when swung all the way open. You can bolt the front of the base down. Also, the bottom pulls out, so you can easily work with hoodies.
      I would try getting yours swapped out for another one that has better reviews.

      That's why we stick to a minimum press size of 15x15". the 12x15" has always been an awkward dimension.
