First time I've seen this channel. It's funny she shoots these guns and has fun and no issues, and Gersh Kuntzman, a journalist, said shooting an AR-15 caused him PTSD and said “It feels like a bazooka - and sounds like a cannon.” He is the definition of a wimp.
The AR's report is more like a sharp crack than a boom. They have negligible recoil, just high velocity. That guy must be light in his loafers and limp wristed.

I always love this channel because it reminds me of the time I had with my daughter, who passed away at 15 1/2. We did everything together! And she loved to shoot! Good job, Dad! FYI, she passed away on the high school lacrosse field in Colorado in 2017. It's hard to get back to the normal after this. Autumn always makes me smile!

i gotta agree, ive been watching her grow up along with my great grand daughter, her parents have got to be so proud of her and a pat on the back for raising her. this is what parents should aspire for in a child.

Autumn handles the recoil very well.I was impressed when she loaded the revolvers 1 round at a time and put them in correctly for the rotation of the cylinder.
At 72,I am incredibly happy,and grateful for having a intelligent young lady do this video.In reallity, women have just as much, if not more reasons to have a firearm.As a teacher, I have found that women listen better than men, because there is the notion that all men know and love guns,which is of course not true.This shooter knows what she is talking about,and that is BEAUTIFULL! OMG I've never heard a young girl of her age talk with such passion and intelligence. It's like she has got a 25 year old brain in her. Amazing channel and even more amazing shooting and personality.
I want to say spot on but this is the first video I've seen so idk about the channel. I was just getting ready to click away because TBH I'm not super interested and while the kid does have charisma but life is pressing & there aren't enough hours in the day. Anyhow just as I was scrolling the kid jumps out with watermelon face 🤣 OMG watermelon face that's so racist! Well that there earned my subscription even if I never seen another video again.
I am really impressed with her well spoken confidence. I think she was raised in an atmosphere of encouragement and not condemnation. She is being trusted with real responsibility, the handling of firearms.

First of all I want to thank you, and I will tell you why (English is not my language so forgive me if I write wrong) I want to thank you because during the pandemic I had surgery for a tumor in my back and the pain was unbearable, during For months I lay there without being able to move and I found your little daughter's channel, and I watched her videos very eagerly. I don't know why they stopped coming out, but today I found them again and I admired how big and beautiful she is. A true lady, very beautiful, and she is still as nice as when she was just a little girl. I send you a big hug from Argentina and I thank you for what you did for me, without your company I would not have achieved it.

Keep in mind, the velocity has so much more to do with the length of barrel, and less to do with the actual shell. The same 410 shell out of a snub nose Taurus Judge will perform worse than either the ACP or LC
Correct 410 Slug as I recall about 650 ft pounds out of shotgun, out of a judge a 357 mag has it beat step up 45 colt to ruger superblackhawk buffalo bore or underwood it will eclipse 44 mag inch energy say 1100 ft pounds bone crusher. Standard pressure 45 colt fun to shoot and accurate too
It gets old hearing seniors say that the younger generation have no initiative and just want to be on their phones and play video games. There are so many great kids like Autumn doing things that seniors never dreamed of doing. I'm so glad UA-cam had this fine young lady on my homepage. Wow what a breath of fresh air to see a young girl handling a gun in such a responsible manner. Agreed. Australia is the nanny state on steroids. As a local I am sick of it. A motorway I take now reduces the speed limit on those big red led speed sign when there is congestion. Now if I remember correctly when I learnt to drive of course one reduced their speed due to the congestion. What else could one do. I am so glad the government now directs me to slow down.😁

It was never finished to the original concept of the designer and architect Jorn Utzon. Government of the day cheapened the build and created a place that was near impossible to work in. 50 years later there are big plans to correct all the errors of the build after Utzon left the project.
Found this video in my UA-cam suggested watch list this morning, decided to see what it was about, and I am now a subscriber. I love seeing the younger generation being excited about, not only shooting, but also the design and ballistics of handguns and long guns. This young lady is very entertaining, seemingly quite knowledgeable for her age, and she has clearly been raised and trained by someone who has taught her proper firearm safety. Her excitement for shooting is infectious, and the interactions with the cameraman (I'm assuming it's her father, I apologize if I am mistaken) exposes that they both share a clear love for the sport and the community. Speaking of love, I fell in love with that Smith & Wesson model 1917. It is absolutely beautiful.

I saw some of Ms. Autumn's first videos but haven't seen any for a couple of years. She's become a lovely young lady who shows more maturity with guns than some 50+ year old people I know. It's nice to see her progress.

Excellent video. I like all three calibers for different applications. As @ltjon1924 pointed out, barrel length affects velocity. Bond Arms makes a nice derringer that is chambered in .45 Long Colt and .410 shotgun. If you used that, you would get a velocity comparison untainted by a difference in barrel length since they would be fired from the same handgun. Keep up the good work.

Just a tip: If you have no slugs, take a round with whatever shot # is available and with a utility knife, cut the shell between the wad and the shot, leaving just enough to hold it together. The front of the shell will depart the shoygun as a unit. This will contain the shot in the plastic casing and act as a slug. The accuracy will be limited, so it's for close range only, probably better for self defense.

You are entitled to your personal opinion, but remember that it only applies to you. I have a handgun in 45 ACP, and a longgun in .410. And I have been curious about the 45 LC. I just found this channel and i have to say she has amazing gun handling practices she knows its a weapon and always turns the muzzle away from her and the camera man. I shoot with adults (only till they swing a gun around) that dont know how to handle a firearm and they get asked to leave
Fine grade steel wool cleans up ammo quick and easy. This young lady reminds me of my daughter when she was young. I have a photo of my daughter and her older brother when they were 4th and 6th grade, sitting at our picnic table under an oak tree out back. My son was cleaning a Ruger Security Six 6" revolver and my daughter was cleaning a 1911. My kids looked forward to weekends when Dad could take them shooting. If we were not shooting, we were fishing, hiking, camping, swimming, riding mountain bikes, etc. Invest in your kids! They grow up so darn fast. Make memories that you and the kids will fondly remember forever.

I am really impressed with her well spoken confidence. I think she was raised in an atmosphere of encouragement and not condemnation. She is being trusted with real responsibility, the handling of firearms.
This is the result of good parenting I've been following this lady since she was a wee little she's grown up to be a very pretty very accurate and very skilled little lady 🇺🇸👍

First of all I want to thank you, and I will tell you why (English is not my language so forgive me if I write wrong) I want to thank you because during the pandemic I had surgery for a tumor in my back and the pain was unbearable, during For months I lay there without being able to move and I found your little daughter's channel, and I watched her videos very eagerly. I don't know why they stopped coming out, but today I found them again and I admired how big and beautiful she is. A true lady, very beautiful, and she is still as nice as when she was just a little girl. I send you a big hug from Argentina and I thank you for what you did for me, without your company I would not have achieved it.
Yeah she's quite the little darling of the gun culture I've been following her since she had to use two fingers inside the trigger guard to pull the trigger. LOL

Keep in mind, the velocity has so much more to do with the length of barrel, and less to do with the actual shell. The same 410 shell out of a snub nose Taurus Judge will perform worse than either the ACP or LC

Correct 410 Slug as I recall about 650 ft pounds out of shotgun, out of a judge a 357 mag has it beat step up 45 colt to ruger superblackhawk buffalo bore or underwood it will eclipse 44 mag inch energy say 1100 ft pounds bone crusher. Standard pressure 45 colt fun to shoot and accurate too

It gets old hearing seniors say that the younger generation have no initiative and just want to be on their phones and play video games. There are so many great kids like Autumn doing things that seniors never dreamed of doing. You are awesome, Autumn, and I hope you have great success with your channel (if UA-cam doesn't shut down the gun channels in the future). You are articulate, courageous, knowledgeable and a very good instructor. Keep it up.
I'm so glad UA-cam had this fine young lady on my homepage. Wow what a breath of fresh air to see a young girl handling a gun in such a responsible manner. It's going to be interesting how the UA-cam bots interpret this video and I know personally how destructive they are to producers these days. Autumn don't bother coming to Australia because gun fun like this is basically outlawed.
She is more responsible and safety-minded than almost anyone I have ever seen with a firearm. VERY nice to see. We could all learn from her.

A motorway I take now reduces the speed limit on those big red led speed sign when there is congestion. Now if I remember correctly when I learnt to drive of course one reduced their speed due to the congestion. What else could one do. I am so glad the government now directs me to slow down.😁
@@bernardkroeger4045 Everything the Government touches in Australia becomes a train wreck. The Opera House is a classic example. It was never finished to the original concept of the designer and architect Jorn Utzon. Government of the day cheapened the build and created a place that was near impossible to work in. 50 years later there are big plans to correct all the errors of the build after Utzon left the project.
Found this video in my UA-cam suggested watch list this morning, decided to see what it was about, and I am now a subscriber.
I love seeing the younger generation being excited about, not only shooting, but also the design and ballistics of handguns and long guns.
This young lady is very entertaining, seemingly quite knowledgeable for her age, and she has clearly been raised and trained by someone who has taught her proper firearm safety.
Her excitement for shooting is infectious, and the interactions with the cameraman (I'm assuming it's her father, I apologize if I am mistaken) exposes that they both share a clear love for the sport and the community.
Speaking of love, I fell in love with that Smith & Wesson model 1917. It is absolutely beautiful.

They're both beginners, but they've got the 4 rules down & their gun handling, like all of us, improves w/ hands-on experience.

I like all three calibers for different applications.
As @ltjon1924 pointed out, barrel length affects velocity.
Bond Arms makes a nice derringer that is chambered in .45 Long Colt and .410 shotgun.
If you used that, you would get a velocity comparison untainted by a difference in barrel length since they would be fired from the same handgun.

Just a tip: If you have no slugs, take a round with whatever shot # is available and with a utility knife, cut the shell between the wad and the shot, leaving just enough to hold it together. The front of the shell will depart the shoygun as a unit. This will contain the shot in the plastic casing and act as a slug. The accuracy will be limited, so it's for close range only, probably better for self defense.

@@timothy____1989 Very possible. My Judge will shoot 3" 410 ammo. It does look funny with a cylinder longer than the barrel though.
@@tt600pch Ive shot a few loved shooting 410 out of the judge.. I had a little bit longer barrel but it was still short. It punishes your hand a little bit tho.

I have a handgun in 45 ACP, and a longgun in .410. And I have been curious about the 45 LC. This is a perfectly fair comparison for me.

It shows a healthy and wonderful bond/relationship of love and trust between a father, and his daughter. WE're assuming that Autumn is a very responsible little girl. She must have a very obedient personality, a little girl that must be very attentive to her mother and father, for you to be able to trust her with such a huge responsibility. We're amazed, astonished, and entertained all at the same time. Autumn has a great on camera comfort zone. She has a talent to be in broadcasting, Television / acting or hosting. It comes natural for her. You must be the most proud father, (and mom too) We've seen your wife in the videos as well, so that must mean mom & dad are in approval.

I just found this channel and i have to say she has amazing gun handling practices she knows its a weapon and always turns the muzzle away from her and the camera man. I shoot with adults (only till they swing a gun around) that dont know how to handle a firearm and they get asked to leave
Fine grade steel wool cleans up ammo quick and easy.
This young lady reminds me of my daughter when she was young. I have a photo of my daughter and her older brother when they were 4th and 6th grade, sitting at our picnic table under an oak tree out back. My son was cleaning a Ruger Security Six 6" revolver and my daughter was cleaning a 1911. My kids looked forward to weekends when Dad could take them shooting. If we were not shooting, we were fishing, hiking, camping, swimming, riding mountain bikes, etc. Invest in your kids! They grow up so darn fast. Make memories that you and the kids will fondly remember forever.
