THANK YOU! I've got this saw recently, after a death in the family and have been looking EVERYWHER for info on how to change the blade. You came thru! Thank you!!
*Great little lightweight saw for all those small jobs around the house and yard **MyBest.Tools** I burned through the included blade quickly, so consider buying additional😀😀😂😀😊😊😀 with this purchase*
I have this Bosch reciprocal saw and love it. Used it in the jack yard (no electricity available for an electrical saw) and this cordless Bosch helped me remove a subframe off a car with ease. Cut through the control arms without any hesitation. Also used it on a big roofing project to cut out damaged joists. As I said, I love it!
Just upgraded to a Bosch Refurb 18V Lithium drill and impact from Amazon, Happy with them being lightweight and strong. Planning on going with Bosch Sawsall bare tool soon.
@workshopaddict cheers for the video mate. Just purchased this of Amazon the CRS180B. What’s the difference between the K? I’m Not real savvy with model numbers. Also stated on Amazon it’s brushless and another video claims it not. Can you confirm ? Cheers
I have a Bosch reciprocating saw like the one in the video. My locking mechanism is not locking on my blade. Per instructions, I try to turn the mechanism counterclockwise but it does not move. Help!
Thanks for the review. Its a Bosch they always perform well. Just out of curiosity how would you compare it to the Ryobi you just used on the deck build.
Russ Webster The Ryobi was significantly less saw. if you read the blog post on both, it will give you a great idea on exactly how they compare. but the Ryobi has so much vibration that you feel like you are hanging on to the motor. The Bosch is more refined and much more controlled in every use. That deck build just keeps going. We added more supports to some posts last night.
its kind of a commercial, not a contractors review. You started off a little different than this with your reviews. As a working contractor, a real test/look, push that saw off the end of a six foot ladder and then back up to the bench to take a look. I'm serious,.. this is the kind of work a tool is both expected and needed to perform. I'm not looking to unnecessarily abuse tools, but those are the things that happen every day on a job site. Real working performance reviews are what we need. Commercials on the Brand's website are not anything more than someone reading the box to you. Thanks for all your info and work. I'm a subscribed follower. Off to work!!

Great review, very instructive and covers all aspects of this saw. I like the fact you use it for real work, not just from a reviewer's perspective.

WorkshopAddict Thanks for the response. I was wondering what differences would be noted on saws from different ends of the scale.

Would this be able to cut through a steering lock column on a car?
The question would be if the blade could do it. The tool is one of the strongest on the market. Is that hardened steel?
WorkshopAddict yeah quite tough steel which is thick
In my new job sometimes we have to break steering locks with a hammer but I think that’s too much effort
@@DJVIJAY93 angle grinder?
WorkshopAddict you reckon an angle grinder would be better?
My blades want click in
