El tratamiento puede mejorar mucho pero si no desaparece el problema de base continuaran con el cloracné toda la vida. Solo podrán controlarlo pero no desaparecera. Es lamentable pero así es 😢
They do use oral and topical medication as well as this treatment.

Do you think it could be chloracne? Too easy to jump to conclusions I know, but it's like I've read, and it's like Hung, who we were told had chloracne.
@@DiM2646 Was it Thuy who said Hung had chloracne? I can’t remember. The one thing I do remember about this client is that he had seen Thuy in the past and he had “regular” old acne vulgaris, which many of us have during puberty. He is 27 years old now and has smoked since he was 15. His face has definitely gotten worse over the past year or two. I don’t know what has caused that.
My acne got worse in my 20’s and I had to go on Accutane twice. I don’t know why it hit me so hard at that age. I was about 25 years old.
“Chloracne is a RARE skin condition caused by certain toxic halogenated aromatic hydrocarbon chemicals, including the dioxins which are most often found in fungicides, insecticides, herbicides and wood preservatives. It develops a few months after swallowing, inhaling or touching the responsible agent. Most cases of chloracne are due to occupational exposure but can also arise after accidental environmental exposure. An acute exposure to extremely high levels of the responsible chemicals may cause systemic symptoms such as early and sudden gastrointestinal illness, pancreatitis, liver dysfunction or neuropathy.”
So, unless I know a person’s complete medical history, I hesitate to put a diagnosis on them. I let Thuy tell us.
In my opinion, the most interesting case of chloracne happened to Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko. Do you remember him? He suffered from prominent facial chloracne and was diagnosed with dioxin poisoning in late 2004. He now has scars from chloracne that remind me of smallpox. I can’t remember who poisoned him but the story and pictures are very interesting.
I’m just glad this client came back to Thuy because she is going to help him, no matter what he has!!

Accutane was withdrawn from the market in 2010. It is no longer produced due to serious side effects. It's a myth that Accutane is a miracle drug.
Reminds me a lot of “Hung.” But, Hung had way better pops 😉

with 90% of his hair follicles getting pumped with sebum .... is that not a sign he would have far less issues if he removed hair out of follicles with say a hair remover/ Exfoliate ? Millions of folk use hair Exfoliate's successfully
He has chloracne which is a result of dioxin exposure still in abundance in the soil from the Vietnamese war; it's from Agent Orange.
I’ve always wondered that myself. Hair removal may possibly help this guy a lot.

Chloracne. Sorry lol. I hate what Agent Orange and the other poisonous chemicals we sprayed all over Vietnam did to the generations that followed and to that lush, beautiful country. I've visited many times and it's so beautiful, but the entire countryside still bears the scars, and so do many, many people. And not just skin issues. Birth defects are rampant. It's horrible.
