Running Total in Power Query - Maven Pizza Table Utilisation

This video presents an walkthrough of creating a running total in Power Query, using the Maven pizza challenge dataset as a sample.
I walkthrough my outline concept and assumptions, before moving through each individual step, and using M code functions such as List.Buffer , List.Sum and List.FirstN.

Thanks, enterprise dna have a basic course, and some more advanced courses. But I did not find any comprehensive course yet.
I use Rick Groot as a reference. He has a blog and UA-cam channel called BI Gorilla.
