Arthur Honegger, like other post-war composers, departed from musical pleasantness and harmony, embarking on a path of experimentation. He sought inspiration, for example, in a heavy-duty locomotive.

Wonderful performance! May I suggest you consider playing another "train"? A small locomotive from the interior of Brazil... It's called "O Trenzinho do Caipira" (roughly translated as "The Little Hillbilly Train"), an exceptional composition by Heitor Villa-Lobos. It would be a wonderful pair to Honegger's composition.
