With more people travelling the NWR, there arises the question of frequency of their services. And fol-lowing an inspection by one of the highest ranked inspectors in the country, it’s eventually decided that there is to be established a new light express service, to increase frequency. A new engine is acquired for this service. However, lurking over on the mainland, is something that’ll become a thorn in the side of the new engine.

Inspector Gale is a based inspector. Took the inspectors being arsehats cliche and made him a very polite and articulate one
True, finally an inspector who didn't act like they had a stick up their arse.
Yeah, unlike several other Railway Inspectors that I personally just suddenly seem to recall from the show's own official complete full model/CGI animation eras that officially occurred quite some time prior to the show's own official complete 2D All Engines Go reboot!
I seriously gotta personally just suddenly go admit that Mr. Gales who's basically the Railway Inspector in this official episode of Engine Arrival featuring Molly certainly does officially well-knowingly obviously seem to actually have very shockingly surprisingly good manners alongside a caring personality towards the locomotives as well as the railway staff alike!
I seriously just suddenly came up with the officially well-knowingly clever idea of completely bringing Mr. Gales over from the mainland to permanently live on the Island of Sodor as a specifically wonderfully great way to inspect each of the Island of Sodor's own official railway system not actually under nationalization despite having several classes of British Railways locomotives that officially are Steamies alongside diesel locomotives!

This was a nice way for Molly's introduction, and the way she flew down the line got me excited. 4--4-0s like her and Edward were once able to pull such trains and Edward sums it up as to why he's not going back on mainline duties and it's understandable. Sarah has been given a new lease of life and is now is a better engine than she was a few yrs back. Nice using the extended Traveling theme which it's quite fitting for her official run. Good vid.
You know, it's basically quite surprisingly shockingly impressive how Tyler mentioned that multiple railway companies are better than 1 another in certain cases!
Speaking of which, remember from Tyler's official episode of Engine Arrival when there certainly was basically a certain case between the N W R & the L M S regarding the allegations of contract fraud? I personally just suddenly realized that Sarah certainly MUST'VE heard 'bout it as it certainly MUST'VE been what caused her to reform!
By the way it's basically quite clear to me that there was a specifically wonderfully great cameo of Merlin in this official episode of Engine Arrival featuring Molly!

Great introduction of Molly, she's always been one of my less present favourites amongst the cast of Thomas and Friends. In fact, I think that her Wooden Railway model was one of the first TAF toys I ever got.
She was a huge part of my childhood in the 2000s. 💛
Well done man and keep up the good work. I wonder who will be next in Engine Arrival and I am glad that Sarah has changed her attitude for the better. Hopefully, Sarah will be joining the North Western Railway soon and make amends with Edward as well. Let us all hope that Ben will come back to Sodor but with a different attitude. Plus, Mr. Gales is a very nice inspector who knows how the condition on the railway works and we all hope to see Mr. Gales again soon.
I would doubt that Sir Topham Would even purchase such an engine with an attitude Especially after Alfred.

@@aplane9625 Not exactly considering all the Claude Hamiltons were scrapped. It's the only B12 number 8572. That ended up being preserved.
I'd have thought the new express would be called the sunshine express or sunshine limited due to Molly's colors, though there is probably other engines that will take the train sometimes that won't fit the name

I love how the mainland engine was bullying molly for her wheel configuration but he's literally also a 4-4-0
Fun fact: the Highland 4-4-0s were both withdrawn between 1934-36 meaning Ben would have only been able to work for 2-4 years after when this story takes place before being scrapped.

That certainly seems to officially make sense for sure including the officially well-known observation that William Gales(the Railway Inspector) certainly did such a specifically wonderfully great job of helping Molly stand up against a highland railway steam-driven railway tender locomotive named Ben who'd been very shockingly surprisingly rude towards Molly UNTIL Ben got taken away!

I like how Alfred is continously being promulgated as something an engine should not aspire to be across multiple railways. Makes me wonder if he is going to return since he has been mentioned and implied alot.

I think he actually is cause in some of the old engine arrival intros he was seen there so maybe he will reappear also that comment Tyler made before Ben left probably hit him I think Ben may have character growth since we get so much of that in this series.

Good to see Molly though, she’s really underused in the series. Such a shame if you ask me, Claud Hamilton is one of the most elegant class of steam locomotives.
Murdoch wasn't built until the 1950s.

For Emily to fit in timeline, I don’t know, she’s just slightly older than Edward (if she’s among the later batch of Stirling Single anyway).
We'll have to wait & see what'll happen next time on Engine Arrival created by Fan of Hiro himself!

I find Molly very relatable. I too have found it frustrating when others have talked smack about me, and had no idea what to do as I was extremely socially awkward at the time.
Some criticism: It might have been a little better to cut out some parts that don't center on Molly, like the scene after Inspector G climbs aboard Ben. This is her story after all. But like always, another great story! Here's for more to come!

Nice to see both the origin of both the Red Striped Coaches and the Limited Express. Fun Note: in my canon there are two Limiteds, The Tidmouth Limited and The Vicarstown Limited. Also, nice job on Molly's Introduction, the franchise has really underestimated her potential, while the fandom gave her a chance, and you Fan of Hiro gave her the best Origin I've ever seen. Keep up the good work!

You know I've always wondered why topham buys non faceless engines. They seem to be s lot of trouble, so why not get at least one faceless to act as a engine who can be used if one of the non faceless gets into trouble there's a reliable engine nearby.

@@fanofhiro808 I personally just suddenly have no complete choice except to completely agree with that SINCE it's basically how James the Red Engine's been officially 100% completely able to haul Alfred(98462) back to the mainland for bein' really wreckless by goin' over the officially well-known 45 MPH speed limit causing no deaths of 203 passengers with @ least a specifically precise total of 97 of ''em bein' quite injured including exactly 6 that officially are actually in critical condition!
