When you can upgrade the front hubs to no spin hubs, no more struggling taking all those bolts loose, clean and if you have a 4x4 no longer full time drive. I'm telling you I'm super glad I did that to my 05 Ram. Awesome truck brother!

The brake fluid is an oil and like you said it’s often never flushed out, I have gotten into the habit to flush my brake fluid completely and it makes a world of difference in breaking.
It maybe time consuming to do but the benefit is un matched, it will feel like a brand new truck when braking.

Brake fluid is one of the most forgotten fluids until something goes wrong. The pull to the side usually is a hanging brake caliper.
Absolutely man I agree. I rotated to make sure the caliper wasn't sticking. She good now!
Your right about brake fluid, BMW recommends change brake fluid about year or two .

I’m looking into changing my out and have seen prices range from as low as $30 to as high as $180. Also I’ve been told to stick with Mopar/FleetGuard.

The pull is probably from the rubber line going to the caliper. They tend to break down internally and need to be replaced. I had the same problem with my 2006 Dodge dually. I replaced caliper, pads and rotors which improved it for a little while. I finally replaced the rubber hoses that run to the caliper and that fixed the problem.

Great Video !! Glad to see you made another one . 1 word of the wise, Anti-seize is composed of metal - get it wet, it comes off, or rusts, heat it up cool it down it bonds - Just some food for thought . Also rotors - new should be turned or scuffed before putting them on to create a surface for the brake pads , and to get rid of the factory oils and lubes that the rotors are soaked in so they dont rust on the shelves - another tip .
These are not "tips".
1. The antisieze gets encapsulated between the two parts to keep moisture out and help fight corrosion and that's why so many use it between hub & rotor mounting surfaces.
2. Rotors are preconditioned for pad break in. Bare rotors you simply wipe clean with Brake Clean from an aerosol can to remove the preservative oil. You do NOT cut them or scuff them. The new brake pads will burnish in, that is why he went through the stopping process he did.
@@Itsa_Mea U sure about all that ? 1st off read what anti seize is and what is made of . You must be familiar with metallurgy and understand how things chemically bond , heat transfer , wear and friction etc right ? Same reason you do not mate aluminum to steel - its not the "Rust" that makes it stick together smart azz, its the chemical makeup between the 2 different metals .. Anything you compress will create a bond that will be water tight especially with lbs of force , its the mating surfaces, but its what happens with everything else. Why do you think he used so much of it ? Because I am sure he used a small amount before and it didnt do jack sh-t , so people tend to gob on layers to think its better, and in fact it will do nothing more. further more if anti size was so water proof after it heats up why does it tend to eventually turn to a solid - far less pliable then when you put it on ?
Same thing with rotors and chains and bearings , why do you not think they rust or they are wrapped in bags, A) to keep the moisture out, B) cause they are coated in oil , you can brake clean anything sure , gets the oil off of them, but when you have a flat smooth surface, and your applying brakes to them, and the brake pads are a flat smooth surface, what happens ? They heat up, causes friction, bluing, warping, but smooth pad on a smooth surface, you think it cuts into the metal to make it stop? Next you will tell me that brake pads are not made of metal or ceramic they are made of spikes to grab into the rotor. Must be futuristic metal technology that a brake pad doesn't need a surface to grab on .. are you a do it a home person ? did u just graduate Lincoln tech ? or are you in 1st year of small engine repair ? tell me you are 30 year ase mechanic so i can laugh. You think those guys are smearing that b.s all over their tires and rims? I wonder why..

Brake fluid is hydroscopic. Which means it absorbs moisture. It turns dark because of rust in system. because of moisture.
