I really like this new format, reaction and commentary with the video instead of just talking about something someone said. Keep up the great work Marcellus
Make a special - USA Track & Field vs the NFL. And have wide receivers run hurdles, Defensive lineman do shot put, and finish with the 60 meter run featuring Tyreek vs Noah (and others). Also have the Track & Field athletes learn some football. Make it fun, like the old Battle of the Network Stars
Love that concept! A showdown like that would be epic-mixing events and letting athletes try new skills would really showcase their versatility. Plus, seeing Tyreek and Noah in the 60-meter sprint would be a must-watch!
Many have addressed Tyreek’s wrong doing in the situation. The police officer’s JOB is to de escalate conflict with the citizens they’re sworn to protect and serve. So more responsibility must be placed at their feet. Which is exactly why the officer was immediately placed on leave.
Yeah mainstream media woke af, but Wiley's speaking the truth..... Cop could've acted a tiny bit calmer, but Tyreek caused the incident and he's to blame. And it's not like he got hurt at all or struck in any way, even though the mainstream media want everyone to believe he was savaged.
It’s frustrating when some actions go unchecked. It’s important to hold athletes accountable, and Wiley is right to call it out. Appreciate you sharing your thoughts!
Aw damn Marcellus! I truly misinterpreted your whole point this entire video until the last second. I think I’m arm chair psychologist at the moment lol. Respect always, good word legit.
No worries at all! It happens to the best of us. Glad you stuck with it and found the value in the message. Appreciate the respect-keep those thoughts coming!
I would certainly package swimming and diving with track and field, as they both are popular Olympic sports. A logical third choice would definitely be gymnastics, but I would choose Strongman. It's a growing niche sport with a large international audience.
Great combo! Swimming, diving, and track & field make a lot of sense together. Strongman adds that unique element, too-definitely a crowd-pleaser with some impressive feats. Love the variety!
When I was growing up in the 80's Track & Field (in England) felt like a big deal, whereas today it doesn't feel like many people give 2 f's bout the sport... Sad for the sport, but I don't think people have the attention span to watch an evening of Athletics on the TV anymore.
That’s a shame! Track & Field had a strong following back then. With so many entertainment options now, it’s tough to keep that excitement alive, but it definitely deserves the spotlight!
There is NFL fast and then there is U.S track team fast. Check the times the U.S women track team are running these days. Over half of the NFL's DB's couldn't keep up with them on a deep fly route in man coverage.
I suspect if you put those same women on grass with a helmet and pads, and also not just running straight line and having to open up the hips…that track speed gets negated a little bit. Check what happened when Usain Bolt practiced with the Texans years ago. I will agree that on a track Noah would beat tyreek though. But put the track athletes on the Football field and they don’t have the same wow factor unless they already played football like marquis Goodwin
Absolutely! There’s a clear difference between NFL speed and elite track speed. The times the U.S. women's track team is posting are incredible-definitely a whole different level of speed!
Tyreek really just be talking to hear himself speak. Saying he can outrun Noah, Tua is a more accurate thrower than mahomboi and the dolphins are a better team than the chiefs.
In the 100m final at the Paris Olympics, the slowest time ran was 9.91s. From what I have been able to find, Hill's fastest 100m time is 10.19s (although he did run a 9.98s wind assisted) - put into stark perspective, 10.19s wouldn't have even seen him get through the 1st round of qualification at the Paris Olympics. Hill is delusional if he thinks he could beat Lyles over 100m - doubt he would even beat him if Lyles ran with Covid. Hill would most likely be competitive from the start (Lyles isn't a super quick starter) but past 60m Hill would be running on empty and by 80 (when the top sprinters tend to pour it on) he would be going backwards Think he would struggle even if the race was over 60m too.
That’s a solid breakdown! Hill’s times really do put things in perspective. Lyles has that elite speed, especially in the latter part of the race. It’d be tough for Hill to keep up, even over shorter distances.
Big Dog I know you know this already but Darrell Green SMOKED several Olympic track dudes in the 60 and 10 and was still one of the fastest NFL dudes in his FORTIES! Don't count out Hill if he takes it for real.
@@marcelluswileydatdude Big dog Tim Brown Beat Lewis and Green smoked Brown. Green picked the Redskins over the Olympics and Brown was on the relay team and got Gold. Green ran 10.08. I know you know all this. Green was that DOG back in the day and would have been there too had they not changed the rules. Dude CHASED down Tony D (Who was one of the fastest bros in his day) as a rookie. You know all this better than I do (you have been educating me).
It’s all about perspective! Given the challenges with COVID, that bronze is definitely a significant achievement. It’s impressive how athletes adapt and perform under tough circumstances!
To be fair if it is only a 60m, Noah Lyles has a terrible take off speed and a great finishing speed so I wouldn’t count Tyreek Hill out. I would still give him a 1% chance.
Fair point! In a 60m, Hill’s explosiveness could give him an edge at the start. It’d definitely be interesting to see how it plays out, even if it’s a slim chance!
True! Tyreek loves to challenge the best, but there are some serious speedsters in the league now. It’d be interesting to see how he stacks up against them!
This doesnt make it believable at all. STILL doesnt explain why he was out partying if he supposedly had covid thats the damning part because it's either he lied or he just didn't care about anyone elses health
A 30-yard race might favor Tyreek for sure! But in a 100m, he’d be up against some serious competition. It’s tough to see him keeping up with those top sprinters!
Bodies drop from body shots cuz I can box, no need for glocks or karate chops, so if you wanna see who the best be, come and test me, come and test me, come and test me

I’ve commented this to him since he was on Sports Nation. His stubbornness is his worse trait. He’s obsessed with that saying and won’t accept that it’s corny and doesn’t even make sense. It’s like a DJ that plays music he likes instead of what the audience wants to hear.
Everyone has their favorites! It’s all about personal preference in sports. Hill definitely brings excitement, and Lyles has his own strengths too. Appreciate your perspective!
I get that! These topics can sometimes resurface, but it’s always good to revisit them. The conversation around athletes like Tyreek and Noah is ongoing, and it’s interesting to see different takes!
@1:00 What does it mean to bring U.S.A gold??? Oh oh.. it means USAIN BOLT retired!!😂😂😂 Only reason he won. The REAL deal Retired. Now the slow ones can eat. FACTS!!! Until homeboy breaks BOLT records... it's not real lol..
So no track athlete is “real” until they run the fastest time ever?? What kind of logic is that? It’s okay to recognize winners unless of course they make you feel small for whatever reason.
It's been 7 years since Bolt retired, give it a rest. Bolt was generational, nobody will break his record but that doesn't mean other athletes aren't good. That's like saying Patrick Mahomes isn't a good QB because Brady existed.
You make a solid point! Usain Bolt set the bar incredibly high, and it’s true that his retirement opened things up for other sprinters. Breaking his records is the ultimate challenge!

Fair enough! Even if the race doesn’t interest you, Noah’s accomplishments are definitely worth respecting. Appreciate the honest take!

They need 2 parts to the race:
1. Race without football gear on
2. Race with football gear on
Haha dude with respect, you don’t actually grasp the point
