Soaring from Post Mill VT, Tow Launch, Condor 2 Sim

I've been flying Condor 2, a glider sim, with VR goggles. It's really great. The default landscapes are great, too, but I wanted to fly locally and prepare for getting a real glider license this summer. I learned how to build landscapes for the sim (no easy feat, it turns out!) and created one for my local area. This is a video of a take off from Post Mills Vermont, from which I'm flying here. I haven't added any 3D buildings to the landscape yet, but plan to for our local airport.

I've seen the gliders out around Stowe for years but I've never gone up in one. Have you gone up yet?

The vario sound is totally wrong, t looks like it was hooked to airspeed! Stopped watching after 15 seconds..... but Zlin towing a Blanik was cool!!

Beats me! I'm able to catch "thermals" using it no problem. I don't have enough real world experience to know.
