I tried this for the hauewi p smart 2020 and it didn't work. Full reset but still no fingerprint option still missing. Updated aswell 😭

Your finger scanner is broken. You need to get it fixed to a new one

I reset the system and still didn't find the finger print option. And I also didn't find any software update. No new version of software. And after opening finger print options by searching I don't get any the finger print devices connected with the system

That means there is no option to set a new finger print

The fingerprint options is allready working on this phone and reseting all settings will never fix this problems it will just make you loose you customised settings and wifi saved passwords
