Your cab leveling valve has nothing to do with a bad suspension leveling valve. You should not drive that truck with bags over inflated. Your mounting brackets for the shocks will twist or break. Dump all your air out the bags and inflate the bags back up. If problem continues. Replace the suspension leveling valve.
You missed the point. I never said you did. Your problem is caused by the suspension leveling valve, you focused more in the cab leveling valve than the suspension leveling valve.

@@zees358 People can't see the suspension leveling valve. The cab leveling valve work the same way.
The mounting brackets will not twist or break. You hear air is leaking out because there is an air over flow valve to protect the bags.
