Envirotile Roof system laid to a low pitch of 10 degree's

Would it not be best to drape the membrane, so if water did breach the tiles, it can pass under the batons to the gutter

Would these be suitable for an 11 degree pitched roof? Noted in the video the tiles are laid on a ten degree pitch but the website suggests 12.5 degree minimum
