Home Free gave their fans a lot of content during COVID including a video called Quarantine. They like to ham it up from time to time. Another medley where they show their silly side is The Butts Remix. Its a must!

Home Free is just amazing. They are down-to-earth and incredibly talented. The quarantine video is a must. Then, When A Man loves A Woman, Folsom Prison Blues, Flowers on the Wall, Dreamer, End of the Road. Really, any song is going to be enjoyable and entertaining. Keep it up!

There's a great video with nothing but a 7 minute drum solo by Adam Rupp (the beatboxer) that you really ought to check out to see what he's capable of doing. It's had over a million views, so you're not the only ones to be curious about how he does what he does.

I love Snow Globe! It’s a really cool song that Tim (bass) co wrote. Other Home Free options that would work great for a wedding playlist are their covers of Yours, and Heaven.

One of their best of the "Quarantine" videos....if you want to see their best editing, next on the list should be "Meet in the middle" a nice upbeat but fairly "country" song from the 1990's by Diamond Rio...the transitions are incredible - I think their editor should have gotten a Grammy for it

Great reaction! Home Free did this in TikTok style even down to their logo. Chance is the one that talked the rest of the guys into doing this because he loves sea shanty's. They also separated the different songs and posted them on TikTok and asked people to duet them. There were some pretty good duets too! I think you should do a couple of their videos that show their goofy side. Try Country Fried Pop and The Butts Remix. You'll laugh your ass off and yet you'll see that they never sacrifice the quality of their vocals! And this was one of their quarantine videos, no one was together. They learned how to set things up and then they sent it to their sound producer and videographer to finish it off! Keep up the great reactions!
Home Free did a lot of videos while social distancing. To begin Tim wrote Quarantine which is very funny. They then released another song every two weeks for the next six months. Besides Sea Shanty they did Folsom Prison Blues, Flowers on the Wall, Meet in the Middle, Cover Me Up, Sunday Best, Moonshine, The Gambler, Everybody Walkin This Land, I Swear, and a new version of God Bless the USA with Lee Greenwood. I know that I am missing some other songs but you can see that they kept busy in 2020 and 2021. They had their wives and girlfriends help film many of the videos.
The guys helped the fries a lot over the past 2 years even during lockdown they released a new video every second week [ in the beginning on their phones ] it´s their quarentine edition , the first one is called quarentine Tim the bass wrote it in about 30 min

@@miamidolphinsfan That it is, but I feel some of these youngins might not know the song, or even who Billy Joel is. Showing our age a bit lol! Music back then was phenomenal. Nowadays, blah! It's like they are singing just to show off their voices. No meaning behind it. That's why I love Home Free. Bringing back the classics. Even their newer songs by newer artists sound amazing because they sing with heart. They don't half ass it. Excuse my French! Songs were more powerful, more meaningful back then, instead of being so superficial like nowadays. Anytime I'm in the car with my boys, they have no choice but to listen to my music (especially Home Free), whether they like it or not. Occasionally I will hear them silently singing along, and that makes me happy! ;)

I agree with the comments about "Meet in the Middle". Great song and great editing (during quarantine). Probably the best editing you'll ever see! Also check out "Down to the Honkytonk". Another great song during quarantine. If you want to hear FANTASTIC harmonizing, I recommend "Brothers in Arms" and "Helplessly Hoping". Oh, and to see Tim Foust's range, check out "My Maria", a solo project with Tim and Austin. Not acapella, but such a great song, and a demonstration of Tim's amazing range. How someone can sing so low yet so high is beyond me! Just some suggestions. :)

If you want to see some really impressive editing, try one of their very first quarantine videos - Meet in the Middle. They had to choreograph a lot of the movements they did so that when it was edited together it made smooth transitions from one person to the next. They all said it was a very difficult video to do. But the end result was great!

Loving the Home Free! They were a godsend during quarantine--they put out SO much good content and really kept people's spirits up. You gotta see their Meet in the Middle for some excellent transitions. Their "Quarantine" song is freaking hilarious, too.
Others have recommended VoicePlay before, but you might like to see what they do with production -- if I understand correctly they do everything themselves, from sets to costumes to lighting to programming, and that's on top of some sweet sweet vocals. They just dropped a cover of the Skyrim theme which is * chef's kiss *
If you like the blocking they did here you should check out “When A Man Loves A Woman.” Austin will blow you guys away with his vocals.
One of the videos from quarantine that truly shows how great of an editor they have is Meet In the Middle. Not only is it musically exceptional the video is done at a level that blows you away.
How good are these guys? The fun & energy in this is infectious. This was done during quarantine so none of the guys were even together. The editing of this was great & was done in the Tik Tok style. Love all the guys parts, with Tim's rumbling bass underlying it all. And Adam's beatboxing is phenomenal as always including castanets. Amazing how he increased the tempo from one song to another.
If you want to see a great song and great video editing check out a collaboration they did - Peter Hollens fearing Home Free “I STILL HAVN’T FOUND WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR’” a U2 cover. Peter and Home Free have done a few collaboration, Peter and Tim Foust have done quite a few song together. The video editing on the U2 cover is phenomenal. There is a nice surprise in this arrangement that When you see it you will realize how good the song and video editing is.
If you really want to see an incredible inventive editing - watch their video to "Meet in the Middle" - another of their quarantine videos and the editing is unbelievable complex and unusual - this one is nothing in comparison.
Great reaction! If you like video editing, you have to check out Home Free’s cover of Meet In The Middle. The transitions are epic! It was a quarantine video, so each member recorded the video themselves on their phones and sent it in to be edited. The song is fun and the Home Free guys did a beautiful job singing (as usual), but the video is amazing.
These guys are pretty amazing . Adam Rupp is my absolute favorite, his beatboxing skills are beyond comparison (to what I've heard).

Home Free has amazing videos to go along with their amazing talent and personality. And tons of adoring fans. “Meet in the Middle” has some cool video editing elements. And since you brought up video games…. Try the group “VoicePlay” who has a great “Halo theme” and a version of “Dragonborne” from Skyrim. Both groups put out great content.
A cool Home Free original is an early video/song called “ Champagne Taste” written by Tim. I heard that it was written as a tongue-in-cheek for country music since they weren’t really into country at that time. If you look closely Avi from Penatonix is in the background of the bar scene. This is because they had just finished filming “ Ring of Fire” and he was still in town. Avi doesn’t sing in “C. T. “ but does clown around.

i saw them a couple of times last year and every time they started this song the crowd went nuts. for the entirety of the song the theater was shaking from Tim's lows

Love me some castanets! this was during lock down and yes, they got very creative to continue providing pick me up offerings to their fans. They also have such a broad range of emotions and have a strong commitment to portraying the meaning of the story, be it comic or serious. They inhabit the lyrics to the best of their ability, which as you have said is an insane level, while leaving you with the feeling that they are enjoying every second of the ride. Can't help but smile by the end of the song with the beauty of the harmonies and the effortless perfection of all they attempt to do. Even with the potentially touchy song about butts ,"The Butts Medley", they handle it with grace and a king size helping of laughter. That should be your next reaction, but prepare to have sore facial laugh muscles because they seamlessly transition through all the songs and have lighthearted comic elements popping up all the way through.
The Country Fried Pop medley is another really good one.

Great reaction!! The guys in Home Free are super talented and funny. You can never go wrong. They rickrolled us last April 1st. They have great covers and originals. Another great quarantine song from Home Free is “The Gambler”. Kenny Rogers had passed and they made it as a tribute video. It seems that they are in one place but if you look carefully all of the chips are different and the lighting is so different.
Re the editor, they have a friend who's been their editor (and producer?) for about 15 years. He got a nice part in their Christmas video of Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer, where they invade his house and act like goofballs.
Darren Rust is their long-time producer-he and his house were featured in Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer. Each member of the group was sent a good microphone to use at home and special software that permitted Darren to record each person individually and then he would combine the tracks. Rob recorded in Darren’s studio in Minnesota, Tim and Austin recorded in a studio-like set up in Austin’s house and Chance recorded in his closet. (Adam has always recorded the beatbox tracks at his house.)
Most, if not all, of their quarantine videos were edited by Jimmy Bates. He worked with each one remotely to get the footage he needed (a lot of which was filmed on iPhones) and then edited it into the finished video. He is amazing.

Home Free guys are legit cool and humble, and funny as heck! They’re a close knit bunch who consider each other family and it extends to their crew, each other’s families, etc.. Their producer is an unofficial 6th member who has been with his own a capella group, The Blenders for over 30 years. He produces, arranges most of the songs that they record. I would love to see you react to one many people have suggested, “Brothers In Arms”! It’s their absolute best so far! Also, their album “Dive Bar Saints” is their first album on their own label and has 10 original songs, and Tim co-wrote 2 songs, and Austin co-wrote 2 of them as well. Any song is great from that album.

These guys routinely put stuff like this out during quarantine by doing it all from their separate homes. Their song "Quarantine" really summed up the mood when they did that one. You may not be able to afford them for your wedding, but they just released the classic wedding song "Amazed" about a week ago.

Oh they’re so much fun. At first I was like sea shanty? What? It’s so good. I only knew one song though. Did you hear Adam (beatboxer) doing the castanets in the last song….how? Yeah this was during Covid so they filmed themselves at home and Darren Rust, their producer, put it all together. They did a lot of content during Covid which was great for the fans and lifted my spirit for sure. A fun one during then was Sunday Best. It shows them at home with their pets and is pretty cute. They’re also nuts so try the Butts Remix…it’s so funny.

You should see thee entire Quarantine songs for amazing production - each singing from their own home
Darren Rust is the "6th member" of the group...he does a lot of their arrangements and their production crew did a fantastic with all the videos during quarantine. I think they released about two a month. Moonshine is one of my faves during that time. Also, Tim and Austin did several of their own solos which wasn't first introduction to them ... Austin did Unchained Melody and did a fantastic job, which learner into the rabbit hole. I was never a great fan of a cappella until I discovered Home Free...but they're a ton above the rest!
Love these guys. The butts remix is funny. Brothers In Arms is quite moving, bass and baritone at the forefront, but the harmonies will get you and the beatboxer sings.❤️
I am really enjoying your reactions, just found you last week! Home Free fans are super loyal and so am sure you are seeing your subs growing. I love this so much and have probably watched now dozens of times. What always got me is the fact Adam doesn't do the beat boxing track until the others have done their tracks so that he can decide the instrument and noises he wants to do.
