I recently embarked on a journey of milling my own wheat berries to make bread and all the things. Well technically I am blending my wheat berries in my Vitamix, it does a fine job. I do however freeze the wheat berries prior to blending to avoid the Vitamix from heating them up too much! I do think a Mill may be in my future. I have been eyeing the Nutrimill Harvest.... this one here: • Video

I did use all Hard White Wheat berries and was very happy with the results. For me this would be a perfect sandwich bread and well just eating with butter bread. I mean isn't that what bread is for??? To eat butter?

Are you using the dry container?
Oh wait, never mind I just seen you froze your wheat first to stop it from making wheat butter 🧈 lol ❤️
@@WellnessUncovered No dry container, just my normal wet blade container! Freezing to avoid it getting too warm and destroy all the nutrients!
