Side question: How does information on Melio stay secure? My PayPal got hacked last week, so this has been on my mind lately. (Thankfully I was able to stop payment on a $1k bank transfer 😬)

Are you able to do FREE invoicing through Quickbooks using Melio?
I don't pay anything to use Melio. Sometimes I just request payments. Sometimes I push an invoice though from QBO.

Melio have the worst customer service. We send all documents they asked us, than blocked our account. I keep asking why did they block our account, no explanation. We really want to use it, but obviously if they choose not let you use it, they will just ignore you. THE WORST!
Sorry to hear about that. My experience has been the opposite. I had one issue where I paid something I wanted to prepay with my debit card but for prepayments I had to use ACH. But their customer service communicated clearly.
Ever had any other troubles with bank connections?
Probably they hired a new crew who is extremely bad. His name is Tom, and another person name is Clare. Both cannot communicate. I sent to Tom all documents he asked, than next day Clare blocked our account and no one tell us why. I keep sending them emails, both of them just ignoring.

Melio sucks!!!! Literaly trying to conect QBO... something isnt right.. I cant get anyone on the phone or to return an email....
