- I Chose the iPhone 13 Mini over the iPhone 14 and in this video I break down my decision. The iPhone 13 Mini is using the same chip-set as the iPhone 14 the A15 bionic, it also some decent camera’s and pretty good battery life. The iPhone 13 Mini is the phone to buy in late 2022 and in this video I tell you why.

I’m also a well satisfied iPhone 13 mini user. I shoot loads of pictures for presentations and use social media quite a bit. It’s a phone I can use one handed for photos or quick messaging. Display size is perfect for what I use it for. Likely in the future we may well get another small phone. But who knows when.
It's the perfect size phone! Hope Apple brings it back
I am an owner of the 13 mini too I love the size is tue best for me used the phone for messages, calls and listen music, I am not and addict to the smartphone so for me is the best deal

@@jishnudoley5415 is not perfect I always finish the day with battery but I am person that don't use the smartphone a lot in daily basis I used most of the time for what's app, spotify andaybe 15 min of social media in case I need it I always have in my backpack a battery mag sage

Literally just went to the Apple Store today and was deciding between the 13 mini , the 13, and 14 and I also opted for the 13 mini, I got the green version tho lol matches my backpack so I couldn’t resist. I was expecting the mini to be “too mini” but it’s actually a great size and not small at all
how is the battery i have a Iphone 7 so i want to buy the 13 mini
@@nermax9 I am a fairly heavy user and it gets me through a full day and the only time I ever charge it during the day is on my half hour lunch break but that’s only about 3 or 4 days a week. I have yet to get to a point where I was worried about my phone dying on me. But also there are so many cool MagSafe battery packs out there that could be fun to use , I know Anker has a couple really great options that are half the cost of apples MagSafe battery pack

The mini is not even a mini, this size should be the standard size of the “regular” line up. The iPhone mini should be (iPhone 5) smaller!
The iphone 13 Mini was a huge upgrade from the SE 2, which wasn't even that bad of a phone to begin with. But the main thing I've not seen people really say is this; once you have a case on your 13 mini, it becomes a normal size phone. Not in a bad way, but having a case you will LITERALLY never think of the phone as being too small etc. Plus the smaller notch in the 13 lineup gives it more real estate. I hope sales for the 13 mini skyrocket now
Recently upgraded from an iPhone SE (2016) to a 13 mini. Huge jump in chipsets and features for me. It does feel like a phone that I will be able to hold onto for a good amount of time until iOS updates force me to upgrade again.

In Belgium prices of iPhone 13 stayed the same as last year and the new iPhone 14 got a bit more expensive. Exactly the opposite of what you would expect from such an underwhelming update ... A real bummer for people waiting for a new phone, expecting the price of the previous generation to go down. I'm glad I got my iPhone 13 mini right before the announcement of the iPhone 14 series at a discounted price.

I bought an iPhone 13 mini 2 weeks ago. It is my first iPhone ever. Amazing for photography, utilities. I really hope to keep it for a long long time
I upgraded from the 12 mini to 13 mini since I love the smaller form factor. The $599 price is great and I got $400 trade in for my old 12 mini. Great deal!

I just love how the mini is barely noticeable in my pocket. It certainly makes it more comfortable to exercise with if you don't have a smart watch. Hopefully Apple revisits the mini form factor in the future.

Long live the mini.... it's useless in my opinion to upgrade every single year, there are people with iPhone 8/X/XR who are still enjoying very much their phones and that is why I won't leave my 13 mini so soon...-I just hope the 13 lineup will live longer than the usual since the 13 and 14 have the same chipset

Mini will be discontinued after next year the replacement isthe iPhone 15 ultra
I still love, and rock, my product red XR. But did upgrade to I phone 13 mini as well, because my IPad mini won’t upgrade to iOS 16 anymore. I got my 13 mini (new) for 537,- Euro’s and am truly happy with it. It’s fast, has a beautiful display, is so much lighter then my XR or my IPad mini. I love it!

I grabbed a green 13 Mini a few months ago and I really have not regretted it! Some slight bugs irritate me but I have found there are bugs with any phone and overall I hope to hold onto this for awhile.

I drive a Galaxy z fold 4 and an iPhone 13 mini. This is my preferred setup. Enjoy the smallness of the mini with the flexibility of the Fold 4.
I use my Iphone 13 mini as my main phone, organizer, for emails and maps if I am on a hike, and as my main video camera. Not using it a lot for videos like Amazon Prime, as I find its display slightly too small for that. While I find it too small for enjoying TV shows or movies, everything else works very well. Even photography, as the small phone is easier to hold for me.
Totally agree, I switched from Android to iOS this year because 13 mini was the best in price/value among phones with display under 6”. I love how handy it is. I can just put it into my pocket without feeling I am carrying a tablet :)

the battery life on my mini 13 has been so good that I usually only charge it while I'm driving.
only when I don't go anywhere for a day or two that I actually plug it in at home.
I did however absolutely love the magsafe wallet that fits 3 cards, and would highly recommend it if you think it fits your needs.

Huge fan of my Mini 13. I’ll be heartbroken when I eventually have to upgrade. I do wish I could squeeze out 1-2 more hours of battery, so carrying a battery pack is crucial.

I was wondering if I might want to upgrade my mini but looking at your video I think not. Last year I got the regular iPhone and the mini and the regular one felt like a brick. Big screen and battery though. 🐬

I did the same. I chose the iphone 13 mini over the 14. Happy I did. Previously I had the iphone 7 which was the best long term phone IMHO. I'm thinking the 13 mini will be similar.

Just upgraded from the XS to a Product Red 13 Mini. I knew I was swapping my XS this year, as it’s about to lose the latest iOS, but its battery health (or lack of it) hastened the upgrade.
Using a bumper and MagSafe grip - not a fan of full cases - and have already got myself quite a few MagSafe accessories. These include a portable charging stand that I can use on the go, and to trigger Standby Mode when I’m home.

bought the iPhone 14 pro yesterday thinking I need a change from the mini. returned it first thing this morning . LOL. The mini to me is so good and compact.
I have the 11. Previous to that I had the 6S. I missed having a smaller phone so I knew when the 14 came out I was going to get a mini. So yeah, I went with the 13 mini.

I literally just picked up a 13 mini in blue after i killed my 12 pro not intentionally.. lol. But I missed having a smaller phone. It’s so refreshing to have my hand not fatigue out holding that remote control brick I’ve been carrying for sometime. The 13 mini reminds me of the days when i had a iphone 4. And that was my favorite iPhone until i eventually got an XS. But nonetheless I love my 13 mini! 🐬

I went to the Apple store yesterday and bought an iphone 13 mini (red). I needed an upgrade to get the latest WatchOS and iOS. Rest in peace my 7 Plus. I prefer small phones that fit in my pockets and able use with 1 hand comfortably.

I got this phone yesterday as an upgrade from my iPhone se 2020. So far the only thing messing with me is no button on the bottom like my se had.

I’m disappointed that @Apple isn’t making an #iPhone14 Mini. I just traded in my iPhone 13 Mini 128gb for an iPhone 13 Mini 256gb so I can hold on to it until they stop supporting it in 5 or 6 years. The #iPhone13Mini is one of #Apple’s best phones and there is a market for it.

I have a 13 Mini and a 14 PRO. My daily driver is the 13 Mini, I use the 14 pro with another number and at all the times I grab the Mini it’s a pleasure, while grabbing the 14 PRO feels like grabbing a brick from my desk.

I also bought the 13 Mini. I think it's the best phone Apple have ever made. If it got damaged, I'd simply buy another one and not upgrade to the 14. I bought Product Red too. A very striking colour. Wife has the 12 Mini in White.

I went from se to mini, love it.
Great minds think alike. I waited until the 14 dropped hoping that the 13 mini price would drop. It did and I couldn't be happier. I used the price drop to bump up to a 256. All good.
Opposite for me. After the news that the mini was discontinued they sold out immediately and the second hand market price spiked :( still bit the bullet and happy I did

I wanted the green 13 mini. The only problem is having absolutely no money to get it. Using my very old LG Pop GD510, which was in mint condition, since my iPhone X died (RIP). Checked the 14 Pro and it looks and feels like a brick, impossible to slip it in a trousers pocket.
In India (Mumbai), Amazon offers an exchange program where we can surrender our old phone and get a discount on the new phone. The newer the model, the more the discount. So for us in India it makes sense to go for Iphone 14. But my heart was all for the Iphone Mini 13, but after discount I got Iphone 14 at the same price as 13 mini.
The 13 and 13 mini were already a great choice against the 12 and 12 mini. I picked a 13 mini last December because my carrier had a huge discount on the 13 for XMas.
In iphone 12, zooming on a clicked photo shows a lot of grain especially on face in some light situations. Does it happen in 13 also? How is the clarity?
@@varun8765 do you mean on a photo taken with the iPhone 12 or any picture? Anyhow I didn’t notice that.
Edit: just tried on a picture I took with my 13 mini I see no such a thing.

I like my mini but battery life is a reason to avoid. You have to decide if you’re okay with 50% the battery of a Max/Plus
Just got one. Pretty nice so far, the only thing is maybe the battery life, but that’s probably just a bad habit coming from a 5500 mAh phone
