Yes, it's very dry. when I went to the Iguaçu Falls I couldn't walk on the sidewalk without getting wet, it seemed like it was raining because of the volume of the waterfalls and I had to wear a raincoat. the walkway in the middle of the river is called Devil's Throat due to the strength of the river's current. It was something really impressive. Unfortunately the river has been drying up in recent years
Niagara falls is much much better than this one. A words can't express how beautiful Niagara falls is. And boating is not that expensive in Niagara compared to this falls. I had a helicopter ride, boating. Absolutely loved it.
