Guys! I’m SO bummed for you. On the Brasil side, you should have gotten off at the first bus stop and walked the trail along the falls. It’s a long walk, but you would see the river and the falls, all the way until the area where the overlook is. You missed a lot
We actually did! That’s also where we did our boat tour, so we saw all that from in the water AND on land! And actually later on our flight out too haha, we flew right over Iguazú!
@@MahnaGhafori not the trail that the train takes you on, the walking trail. You guys went on it? I assumed you didn’t cause you said the bust dropped you right off at the restaurant
One more reason to go again and visit Brazilian side. Not only the park, but the Itaipu binacional, and other spots amazing in Brazil such as the park full of Unique species of birds
It's cool that you got to go see both sides of the falls! I feel that for me it would be hard to choose which side is better. One of my friends went just to the Argentina side, and she thought it was incredible. I may have to check out both sides one day. Awesome video!
Loved this. Really helpful. I saw you stayed at an air bnb on the Argentina side, then on the Brazil side. Would you do that again or just stay 2 nights in Brazil and then travel to the Argentina side or vice versa? We are looking to plan this and are not sure if to book 2 or 3 nights in one hotel and then travel across, or have one night on each side.
I'm glad you liked our country. Excellent video, do not miss to know the South of Argentina, Cordoba is beautiful and I recommend you, Mendoza, Salta and Jujuy. Greetings from Buenos Aires and welcome back ! Greetings 🌹😘🤗
Thanks for sharing. some good tips. Do you have itinerary posted anywhere? Can you see both in one day? Why did you have to wait 2hours? So do you recommend to not buy that part of the ticket and just use Uber? how much was that Uber? Thanks
Some say that the Brazilian side is the trailer and the Argentinian side is the movie. In my opinion they complete each other with different experiences. Argentinian side you walk a LOT.
The argentine side is more eco friendly, helicopter are forbidden because of their noice, Boat ride are available on both side. The falls are located on the argentine side of the border and Brazil is in front of them, so you can see them in panoramic view, but the experience of being so close, almost touching them, is in Argentina. Another beutiful thing of argentine side is to walk between animals like coatis, monkeys and differents kind of birds. Important, the most luxury hotel is located in Argenitna. Hotel Internacional Melia Iguazu. Excellent sights from your balcony to Cataratas and hearing the sound of Garganta del Diablo while you sleep at night. Unforgettable !! Expensive but it worth while to spent 2 nights of an incredible place.
Question about Uber from Puerto Iguazú to Foz do Iguaçu. How much was your ride? Will you be drop off at the Brazil border control building? Can you bring your full luggage across the border? How long slow or fast is the border control. In April 2024, I have to get Visa for US Citizen.
Hello, Awesome video. Quick question. We are heading there in a month. I have reservations at Hotels on Brazil side(Sanma and Belmond not able to decide which one). My question is how hard it is to crossover to Arg. side and see and come back. We are there for 3 nights. Based on the advice I can change the reservations. Any recommendations for hotels on Argentina side I will appreciate (Not the melia one).
Hey there! My advice would be from covid travel times so it is different, I'd search blogs and the tourism board website for the current border regulations! I found it quite easy via bus or Uber during the pandemic. Happy travels!

I've only been to the Brazil side and it was 38 years ago. The Brazilian steakhouse all-you-can-eat back then was awesome! It is worth the trip and I am somewhat saddened to hear it is so commercialized now.....that is to be expected though.

In Brazil you can visit a special park with some species of bird, Some Muslim town, you can also extend and have a look at Paraguayan city called Cidade del este
O lado Argentino e ótimo para ver a natureza e as cataratas, mais não há nada melhor que pegar um barco do lado brasileiro e tomar um banho de cachoeira embarcado entre as duas fronteiras.
