When people say they fail on a vegan/raw/healthy diet, the reason usually is that they fast. The ones who die did fast a lot.

Cheat. Research. There are 15 micronutrients not found anywhere in plants alone. Find out what they are, and replace as many as possible. Or, go back to animal products. Speaking from experience of hair loss.

@@drcorassarawfoodnutrition I used to eat like that. But, a mold exposure led to yeast overgrowth which led to h.pylori which led to gerd, which led to more inflamation, hiatal hernia -- the yeast causes grain sensitivity -- not just gluten -- all grains and legumes. I had so much pain eating anything. Out of desperation one day, I scrambled some eggs. They didn't hurt me going through. Then I started hoovering up anything I could find about how to heal my gut. As I healed, hair started to not fall out, get thicker, shinier. Dark circles under the eyes reduced, etc. I was deficient in several B vitamins, zinc, copper, b12, D - I am older, late 50's - happy to report I am on the mend, but I have to take a long pause from a veggie based diet to heal.

How could fruit be unhealthy when it’s the only food that taste good on its own in its natural state? Keep in mind we are 90+ percent identical to chimpanzees and bonobos, and they eat a diet of mostly fruits. Plus the Bible says our original food is fruits. Fruits are vibrant to our eyes, fitting to our hands, and tasty on their own. Everyone points to them being our main food source
