Great video, Mr Tom! Enjoyed the banter between you and your crew, even if it was work related. I just began making comments about a month ago . I realized it helps your channel, so you probably be hearing more of me. Thank you so much Sir. The project is coming out nicely. 👍😅
Always enjoy every video Tom. Goes really well with morning coffee. Even tho i am 72 [old dog to many] you can teach me new tricks. :) Learned a LOT from your videos. Many things are way far advanced from the [old days] lol. Thanks for sharing. ❤💯🙏
A question from a curious viewer! When you started stamping the board pattern you started with the small patterns and then covered them with the 4’ ones, why were the small ones done first? Have a great rest of your Sunday! Enjoy watching the vids 😊
If you compacted the ground and stone, would you need to saw cut? I poured a lot of garage slabs and never saw cut them. No cracks. I poured a 15’x24’ x4” slab in the driveway to park cars. No saw cut and no cracks. I used #4 rebar in all of it. Cement trucks, dump trucks and even a well drilling rig drove on it in the last 40 years. Ground was packed first. Just wondering. 😊
i wish i could go on a job with you guys, i feel if i got on my concrete when the surface was that workable id sink an inch, i just cant wrap my head around that
I would have slipped a shovel under that thick slab as a slider on top of the dirt to give a smooth surface to ride on above the dirt it's sitting on. That's my lazy man thinking.
I find it funny that all these concrete channels insist on putting concrete reinforcement and making sure it’s the right thickness. But when it’s time to demo a job, they complain about it lol.🤣

Work and a workout - all at the same time. No need for a gym membership!
Hola saludos Tom 👍🇨🇷
GOOOOD AFTERNOON EVERYONE…wedding weekend has come to a close here…sitting on the beach and Chillaxin….
Stone texture around pool is the only way to go. I get bored of patterns. Maybe exposed agg
👍
May I guess on the pool job is in the 40k range?
So is the pool in the front of the house?
No out back
Is there a way to hide the stress cuts so the finish looks more realistic?
It looks very realistic
Big $$ concret
i wish i could go on a job with you guys, i feel if i got on my concrete when the surface was that workable id sink an inch, i just cant wrap my head around that
Does anyone ever do a RoseBud finish

👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
aggravating aggregate
You make it look so easy but its far from it!
Why didn’t you make all the steps 16?
I dont want slippery landings.
I hope the gloves are washable!
Not necessary
I heard the one special needs rooster yell GOODNIGHT EVERYBODY! . (Family Guy) Even though Seth MacFarlane is a fruit.
