Tzmoto Depends on combo :p because when you do too many hits before the vanish, the 3rd hit of auto combo will whiff, so have to use the mediums instead

Fearlezsz After the 1st ki blast you quickly dash cancel into light punch, only works with sparking blast. Also, the 1st 2 hits in the air before ki blast must be done with light light for the correct height, light medium won't be high enough.
Mark Brown Kamehameha's assists works with all characters, same with Vegeta, you can start with that. My team is Teen Gohan, A-21, Frieza, and they work pretty well.
Mark Brown hit,yamcha, cells assists are good for extending A-21s combos so you could try those if you don't want to use either of the gokus or vegeta. My personal favourite A-21 team is A-21,Cell,Vegeta.
Chaos Goku Blue on anchor doesn't give much benefit over SSJ Goku on anchor due to the fact that SSJ Goku does more damage vs meter consumption. SSJ Goku simply does more damage with more bars than Goku Blue since Blue burns through bar WAY too fast while SSJ gets great damage on any part of the screen with just 2 bars easier than Goku Blue can.
