i never see people talk about it so i'll post it here, if you finish a corner combo with light divekick the opponent either has to up or down tech and either way you're plus so plus that if they wake up jab your down medium beats it Vanish and jump you even have enough time to instant air dash overhead if you're fast enough if they choose to up tech you can still beat their light with medium but it won't beat Vanish so keep that in mind
I did find a way to make a little combo off the dashing light into light Super God Shock Flash. After landing the special, vanish, go into a down medium, medium, jump forward, do a little air combo and knock them into a Goku/Goku Black assist.
This is all great stuff, but is there any chance you could leave the text on screen for a cinch longer? I had to pause just about every single time to read what was happening.
To be honest, I haven't really explored IT in a mixup-related fashion. Of course, the opponent does need to react to whether SSB Goku will appear in front of or behind the opponent, but there's just so much time to react. It is extremely unsafe (don't tack it on at the end of the string--you'll get 2H'd). That said, I do use it a decent amount in specific situations... * 236S punishes beams when activated while airborne (slower than beams so need to get the jump) ** Both 236S and 214S can also be Ginyu's worst nightmare * Usable in combos (specifically 214S) * Usable against whiffed attacks in neutral (if you hit them, you can combo; if they block it, you get plus frames) * Lots of corner combos can start with it, though it uses your smash If you like to jump around, IT has some utility. I just wouldn't recommend throwing it out raw unless the situation calls for it. I'll spend some time thinking about this question and exploring--may put a vid together.
outside of that I noticed unlike vanish, it recovers in the air so if people JUMP and block it you can actually come down with buttons in scenarios where vanish would be unsafe
So I noticed something really funky--SSB Goku jabs seem to beat opponent jabs like if he had advantage. However, according to the jump test, SSB Goku does not have advantage as the opponent can leap before he does. Either way opponent has time to reflect. Two tests that should provide the same results, but don't.
Bro you deserve a lot more attention and subs for this - so well edited, sick music, and no filler bullshit.
Respect, from one SSB Goku to another.
Thanks, man. I appreciate it. Do check out HalusaTwin's channel for more of the music.
Awesome stuff. Straight to the point, no nonsense and packed with fundamentals. I’m gonna study this
beautiful, the truth is that this even though he is 2 years old is still 98% possible and even more.
This character is heeeeella slept on, crazy mixup capabilities and damage
NigerianSeafood I love that he’s slept on. Let us few who main him know the true power of super saiyan blue

WHY AREN'T THERE MORE VIDEOS LIKE THIS? THIS IS HOW YOU TEACH PLAYERS HOW TO PLAY THE GAME!
Remember a year ago when you had to use your brain when doing Blue Goku mixups?
Good times
HOW DID I NOT KNOW YOU HAVE YOUR OWN CHANNEL

I'll probably never be able to recreate this, but it's still cool to know these options exist!
very informative thank you, please make more mixup videos with other characters

I'll ensure the text is on screen longer in future videos. Thanks!

didn't find any uses for his instant transmission?

people say you get plus frames when its blocked but I tested it and its definitely not + at all, so I don't really understand that

That's really cool, thanks.
