Thanks for this tutorial I'm due next month and I've wanted to loom knit some booties. I find the decrease process to be a pain but this looks super easy!
what loom size and how many rows would you recommend to make this bootie for a 3 month old? I really want to try this but the baby is now 3 (almost 4) months old.
Deanna Wright I used bulky yarn and it came out super cute but too big for a newborn. Could definitely fit a 3 to 4 month old. I used the soft bulky baby yarn.
Hi there.. im at the part where u connect them.. im not understanding you want 7 after the closing stitch??? im stuck. first time making a purl stich and bottie! Im stuck after attaching them. STICKS 10 to attacheh them then i purl that 11 (2)?? 12( 3)N?? 13 P(4) 14(5) N 15(6)P 16( 7) N???
They fit the newborn they were made for! If your newborn has longer feet you can always make it longer by simply adding more rows! It's super easy to tailor the patter to any size.
