As someone just getting into the game now, it should be mentioned that the unlocked AC Parts and G13 Raven were pre-order bonuses. I was confused why I didn't have these during my playthrough and found out why online. So if you're confused or thought you missed something, you haven't. And apparently you'll get these unlocked later in the game normally; so no worries.
