Great videos Dustin ! I'm quite interested by the "Call MS Teams" and "Call Zoom" icons on your Room Navigator. Currently, I am looking for a way to join MS Teams Meetings and Zoom Meetings that are hosted by a different organization. 99% of the time, these organizations do not have a 3rd party CVI or Zoom Room Connector which means we can't connect via SIP. Are these icons leveraging WebRTC and to they allow you to join a MS Teams or Zoom Meeting on the fly without using OBTP ?
These particular buttons are designed to work as they were demo'ed. Using macros to aid in dialing SIP URI's. So for this instance the button would be primarily useful for a single MS Teams Tenant with CVI. Zoom could be more generic if the customer had a SIP/H.323 connector license. As for WebRTC, right now only MS Teams is supported and only with Hybrid Calendar. (Cloud only at GA with Webex Edge devices to follow).

Frederic Cadrin Generally no, with regards to organizations being able to schedule your resources (although it’s possible) However, we are working on some enhancements to the Hybrid Calendar service so you’ll be able to simply forward that invite to the Room Calendar and the Hybrid Calendar service will connect the best way automatically.

I have a question, if we already have webex board but we want to leverage on the existing Poly RealConnect for MS Teams as a meeting bridge, what is the bare minimum license that we need to have for the Cisco Webex endpoints? We already have MS Teams subscription for all users. Just the video endpoint license will do? Of course we also need to manage the webex devices from Cisco Webex admin console. Thank you.

The limits to a MSFT Teams meeting are determined by MSFT tenant. Webex has no limit on the VIMT/CVI gateway service. However, the CVI integration does have a limit of a maximum of 9 video streams at a time.
What are the features in Teams available during CVI Vs Direct Guest join? For example, does Raise hand, screen sharing work? Is there anyway we can use the second screen in Teams call in Direct Guest Join?
Today there are limited features with Direct Guest Join and there is not support for dual screen currently. We are working on exploring additional features, including Screen Sharing and dual screen support, with Microsoft and hope to provide some updates soon!

If I upload it by going to Integration-> Macro editor -> import from file I can uploaded just the “call_MSTeams.js” but not the other three pictures.
You upload to the macro's section of the device. The .JS file is uploaded in the Customization -> Macro Editor and the UI Panel is uploaded at Customization -> UI Extensions Editor
Tolulope Osho We intentionally chose not to allow the Webex Teams App to join into MS Teams meetings for a couple of reasons. Instead, you will be able to Cross Launch into the MS Teams app or WebRTC Application. The idea being it would provide a richer MS Teams experience for the end user as well as save on Licensing costs.

Yudi Erawan, is the person who organized the meeting also Hybrid Calendar Enabled? If so, it will not work today. That is one of the issues/enhancements we are working on.
I don't think so, because for the organizer I created a MS Teams trial account at mysubdomain.onmicrosoft.com, so this organization doesn't have a hybrid calendar with any webex domains

The CVI solution is a paid solution and requires setup via your MS Teams Tenant. The solution is not quite GA yet.. but we are working on the final details and hope to be GA any day now!

Great demo - is there a way we can use the MS teams icons (and potentially Zoom etc) either by having them natively available or via a custom import?
