I saw this on JVVS page because she is my stylist!! I love her so much i followed her from her last salon.. she makes you feel great in the chair and answers all the questions i ask!! She's lovely!!!
I am so nervous about doing a curly cut. I love these tips. Thank you for sharing these tips.
Your hair is so beautiful and healthy. 🦄❤
My first curly cut as a loose natural was a GAME CHANGER. I think it was back in early 2016, and I literally don't know how I was getting by without them before that day haha. Your hair looks fantastic and SO healthy!!
Ready to see that wash n go video….nice video
This is absolutely beautiful ❤❤
everything you’re saying is so true! when i switched to innersense, did wash n gos (once every 4 days before my hair was able to fully hydrate) and stopped using oils and butters i saw so much progress in length and hydration retention! i learned so much from I am black girl curls.
Absolutely beautiful inside and out 🥺🥰
I definitely agree with everything that your stylist showed you, but even still as a cosmetologist, I didn’t know that you had to condition after a deep conditioning treatment. 🤔 now I’m going to be trying this because I have to see and feel what the difference is. ❤❤❤
I’m so curious how are you a cosmetologist and didn’t know this. Not being rude, but I thought all people learn the same things for hair.
The best stylist are those that keep learning and not afraid to try different things. And also no matter what we specialize in no one knows everything. So kudos to you for your transparency and open mindset. 🎉❤
Beautiful cut this is the volume I want. Also thank you all the information and tips I learned a lot. 🦄🦄🦄🦄🦄
VERY NICE GIRL !!! Loveee that you mentioned using water to moisturize!! New subbie !! Can't wait to get my curly cut one day ! 😩😻
Love the curls!
I love your hair! You’ve definitely inspired me to go back to the salon while I let my hair grow out.
I knew about the deep conditioner first bc after the water and shampoo your shaft is the most open and clean to receive the most efficient product
Thanks for sharing the tip of conditioning after deep conditioner. I wasn’t doing that ever but on my last wash I did it on a whim and my hair felt amazing.
Love the cut 😍
I love this ,you look beautiful
This looks so beautiful. I love it.
This cut fits you so well😍😍😍
It looks great on you!❤
🦄🦄🦄 Great video and in perfect timing, I noticed my hair broke off again due to bleaching so now I am learning how to cater to it in a new way that helps w retention! Thanks for the gems 🤍
& hearing this I know I haven’t been properly moisturizing, which is a huge factor 😭
After having to cut the back of my hair due to splits, I realized I naturally have a tail because my hair is much looser towards my nape. I’ve just learned to twist smaller back there or finger coils small
I went to a curly hair salon and they gave me all the same tips! Still shocked about the oil lol! Your hair looks bomb!
You should try some styles similar to Yara shahidi. I love seeing your natural hairstyles I have locs and I miss my loose natural ❤
Would you ever consider locs again? Your hair is really pretty either way🖤
Why even ask this question?
@@jazzyj904there’s nothing wrong with her asking if she would loc her again relax…
Because I want to know and because I can! WTF would you ask me why? Take your ass on to the next because I promise you don't want this smoke🔥@@jazzyj904
Because I want to know and because I can!! Why even ask me why? Move along.@@jazzyj904
@@jazzyj904they can’t ask a question 🤣?
Ray how would you say your hair is holding up with the Florida humidity? I loc’d my hair 4 years ago mostly due to humidity and unable to hold a style. Thinking of combing my hair out too ❤
Do you know what products she used in your hair? Love it
You look stunning
Nice cut.
What are your plans for coloring your hair? I have blonde right now and i think ill keep it for a while since i have never dyed my hair before
You are gorgeous either way BUT the locs hit different ❤
It was sooo perfect after the first cut but beautiful still.
🦄 what Gel did the stylist use. Happy New year! Peace,Love and Blessings!!!!
🔥
Wow !!! No more locs 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍 your loose natural hair is just as gorgeous ❤❤❤ I LOVE 🌹‼️😊
I used to get curly cuts. i stopped over a year ago! I am experimenting to see if they are the cause of my hair needing to be trimmed off the same amount every 5 months.
Curly cuts are great in the beginning but I noticed they are not for long term care. You gotta blow dry the hair and asses your split ends that way and cut it while it’s blown out.

Do you take vitamins and supplements to?

Your curls look really nice! Might be good to blow out your hair every once in while to assess the ends, since a lot of people experienced damage following this method.
Yes! Quite a few people are coming out now about how much damage they’ve experienced after only getting curly cuts and strictly following BGC methods.
Thank you for this comment! I’ve been seeing that online but I feel like one of the main reasons people are suffering from curly cuts is because they prioritize shape over health which leaves them with damaged ends and breakage even after a cut. I’ll be getting regular trims with the shaping being a secondary priority to the trim itself. I’ll always aim to work with stylists that can tell what parts need to go like this one. I’ll keep this comment in mind along my journey though and definitely reference it if I run into problems! Never scared of adjusting my methods! Thanks again babes! 🦄🤍 I hope you’re well in body, mind and spirit wherever you are!

Love it but be careful with using heat (sitting under the dryer)
