Thanks for the tutorial. I previously paid a local tailor to put them on, paid way to much and the buttons were half an inch from the pants. It lasted a while, but your tutorial gave me the knowledge and confidence to redo one of the pants today.
@@Santiknws23 for 3 pants it was $80 or so and a 4 day turn around. I was very disappointed in the price and work, but when I looked for other tailors, the next nearest was about 1.5 hours away.

can you do a video of removing belt loops from pants? I currently own 34 suits and only 1 has no belt loops.. all others do and I just ordered a set of braces to use with my suit that doesn't have belt loops. Thank you love your vids!

I was able to do all six buttons before I had to head out to a job and while the sixth button was much better than the first, they are all well-placed and secure. Thank you!

Question sort of related and curious to know.. If I have a pair of trousers I'd like to do suspender buttons at home and they have belt loops, what's the preferred method of removing the belt loops?

Can you tell us how to extend suspenders? I bought an expensive suspenders online but they're too short due to my tall stature; it's completely my fault, but it seems like extending a suspender is a lot cheaper than buying another expensive suspenders :(
To my knowledge, there isn't any. Maybe you can get away with a rubber band looped around the button and rabbit ears/runners/suspender attachment point. But that doesn't look good. Better to return them as get a larger size. It's easier to shorten suspenders that are too long, than to make short suspenders longer

Thanks! I've just been able to add my own suspender buttons and it's way easier than it looks once you get the hang of it.
