Opening pokemon cards is not a good idea if you want to profit, the best way to guarantee profits from pokemon cards is to speculate on new unopened stuff, there is no reason for it will definitely go up in price in a few years
Agreed. I think hoarding sealed stuff is the best way to go too. I ended up getting this collection for a great price, so I thought I'd have some fun opening it :)
I know that’s what I and many other people said when he posted that asking if he should unbox it but he doesn’t listen to his viewers which is one of the dumbest things to do
I mean, sometimes you gotta have your fun! Optimizing everything so that it's financially doesn't always have to be the only choice. And he knows opening the packs wasn't the best idea, but to him it was worth opening them and feeling like a kid again

For me the best thing you can do to yourself is find a professional that can take care of your account and minimize your loss to the nearest course

I strongly advise you against self trading, it's really dangerous and has brought many investors down, you need someone with the right strategies and expertise to do the work for you, I recommend Mrs Sarah Thomas expertise.
This is correct, Sarah Thomas strategy has normalized winning trades for me also and it’s a huge milestone for me looking back to how it all started.

I used to open Pokémon card booster packs and look at how much I could sell each card for, then do the math on what my profit for pack would be. Lol

You got all light weighed packs it’s a common thing resellers do. People say boxes cannot be weighed but they can. So they keep all the heavy ones and sell off the light ones. Heavy ones have the pulls and light ones don’t
But the different code cards balance out the weight tho.

There's a secret trick where you weigh the packs you keep the heavier packs cuz they most likely have a holographic or a rare card and you sell the packs that have less weight

You say you'll send in the Charizard but the reason these are so expensive in PSA 10 is because PSA does not accept these anymore, the cards are thicker and get damaged relatively easy in their cases.

I’m not sure you can say you made profit, you still have to sell those cards and as I’m quickly finding out, that could take a really long time to sell, plus did you factor in costs of shipping and platform fees (ebay)?
