I don’t know where you live in the uk or whether you’ve purchased properties in the the UK but buying “off plan” is somthing that is available on new builds. You just need to know what you are looking for and where.

I feel your stress as I’ve been through the same. Paperwork and property process is very slow in Dubai compared to UK. Have to be patient and wait for a while, either stay there whole time or make various trips to complete stuff. In the end it’s worth it as Dubai has a lot to offer. 😊
Paper work definitely would say it's a lot quicker here. However if you buy off plan you got to be patient to wait :)

I am trader, how to come and settled in Dubai
I am from India & looking to do proprietary trading on Nasdaq futures listed on CME (Chicago Merchantile Exchange) for a prop firm which is outside UAE so no business carried with UAE residents. The prop firm provides fund & i am paid a % of profit as commission. I want to this business by staying in Dubai work from home. Any business setup for this?
