For the coffee machine, in terms of avoiding microplastics + pods, I'd recommend getting a proper espresso machine that takes ground coffee. OR you can get a traditional moka device to make coffee from ground espresso. The device you have right now is definitely a tiny bit more practical but not ideal for health. Hope this helps!
I honestly don't see the appeal to living out in the desert and paying this much for it. There's so many other high end cities you could choose with high level amenities where it's not a pain in the ass to be outside.

Incredible apartment most apartments I have seen in Dubai have terrible porcelain tiles that have that fake marble look tiny living rooms the finishes in this apartment are incredible the ceiling height and the wardrobe height
