Mean people suck! If you don't have anything nice to say SHUT UP! 🤬 Ethan, you are the bomb and I love your exploring, even though they make me sad too. It's sad when some of these incredible homes are destroyed. 😭 Love you and love your channel!!! ❤🎉
I really like your taste Ethan! I'm still in the first home I bought when I moved out of the rents house lol that was back in 2001. It's not a huge house but what do I need that for, I don't have kids and it's just my partner and I and our 2 twin cats that may as well be kids because they have me vacuuming EVERYDAY as they have long fur. I love them but when they go they are NOT being replaced lol. Anyway, my house is a Bi-level built in 1999 and I bought it in 2001 for $125,000.00 (it's been paid off since 2015, I remember...I had a huge party LOL) in a subdivision that only has one way in and one way out making it pretty much a gated community. I still have all the oak kitchen, bathrooms, doors, baseboards, trim, doors, closet doors, even the windows are oak, 2 bedrooms 1 up 1 down, 2 full bathrooms, fully finished basement with rec room with gas fireplace and a media storage room with shelving for your BETA VHS DVD Cassettes CDs (my Records are on shelves in the rec room), air exchanger (loved it because I use to smoke in the house until 2012 and stopped when my partner moved in as he hated cigarette smoke), Central air, fully fenced back yard, garden shed, deck with natural gas hook-up for BBQ and garden for tomatoes and herbs. I got rid of all the carpeting in 2014 because I was waiting for more realistic laminate flooring to come out and then I just ended up getting regular oak hardwood and slate tile in the bathrooms and kitchen that cost me an arm and a leg. The main reason I bought my house was because it reminded me so much of my parents house that I just knew it was home the very first time I viewed it and had comfort knowing that it was only a few years old. I'm lucky I moved out when I did ( I was 24 in 2001) even though the price was at the top of my range I made it work. I stopped going to the bars and eating out and just had people over at my place on the weekend. My neighbor just sold his house a month ago that is the exact same square footage as mine and you'd never believe what it went for. Mine was $125K in 2001. He got $475K!!!!!! Absolutely insane if you ask me!! I'll be 47 next month and I don't understand how younger people will afford a house with the prices the way they are and the interest rate, property taxes, water bill...my taxes and water added up are close to what my mortgage use to be! I'm sorry for rambling on and on BUT I've been watching your videos for years and I've watched you evolve with your camera skills and knowledge of houses and simply wanted to say thanks for the great content as I always look forward your work. Just a side note, I still have my 1999 Kenmore Washer and Dryer and will NEVER replace! Everyone that I know that bought the front loaders back in the mid to late 2000s and even the new top load washers HATE THEM because they don't use enough water and make their clothes smell funny and they really wish they kept their old machines. Sure they used more water BUT they cleaned your clothes WAY BETTER and only ran for 25-30 minutes. Oh, I also had a clothes line installed in summer of 2002 because nothing beats line dried clothes, towels, and bedding!
I love your enthusiasm when you’re going through the houses. I always chuckle when you say what’s up guys in every mirror. That mansion is amazing, it’s a shame it’s going to be bulldozed. Keep being you.
I’ve seen this phenomenal house a couple times but it’s, JUST WOW!! Classic timeless elegance. I can’t imagine having a ballroom!! Love the murals. Love all the wall sconces and other light fixtures. Those wood paneled basement rooms could easily be warmed wit pops of color and an area rug. Were there at least ten bathroom?! Love the murals on little doors in first bathroom. They need to be salvaged as so much else does. All classic timeless elegance. I’m just disturbed by the idea that someone could want more than this!!!! Thank you Ethan for sharing this one again. I can’t imagine how anyone could be angry with you. Such enthusiasm is contagious. You clearly love what you’re doing! Pleas take care be well and always stay safe!
Awesome Beautiful. Seriously I hope that the new owner will salvage the marble and antique lights as they're bringing great value these days. Shame that these old place are being abandoned and disregarded like trash.
Ethan, by what you showed us through your video with the ceiling art it reminds me of a museum of sorts, I believe that this house was built for family parties more so then an actual home. I was very surprised on how small as you pointed out the bedrooms were, and it looks like it had gotten some kind of renovation done throughout the home throughout the years that’s for sure. Needless to say, it’s a gorgeous home. I do hope they are able to get some of the appliances and the fireplace mantles, that sort of thing to repurpose them somewhere else. Oh, before I forget that useless material that was in the doorway and some of the windows is called, a valance. Greek, French or Italian could have been the ethnic individuals that had this house built the way it is but whoever it was they had the wealth to go along with it. Anyways thank you for showing this and sharing you take care and be safe.🫶🏻🤠
Holy ostentatious opulence overload! Please don't stop doing your "what's up guys", it always puts a smile on this old lady's face! Thanks for another great video!
This place is absolutely incredible! Destroying a gorgeous home like this is just awful! Some people have more money than brains! Thanks for sharing this awesome mansion with us, Ethan.
This mansion is stunning! Those ceilings are amazing and all the beautiful woodwork! Just wow!! It is a crime what people did when they came in and ripped things down! Thank you Ethan!
I love when you say, "Whats up guys" in the mirrors! When you pass one up, I get sad. Some people just like to be jerks and make everyone around them miserable. Love your videos!
How would you even utilize a house of this size?? And how many closets and storage rooms does anyone need?? Stunning home, but I was waiting for a grand staircase! I agree, it's a shame to tear it down-it has so many beautiful features. Thanks for the tour, Ethan! And keep up the 'what's up guys'! I love it❤Great video as always. Be safe out there
You better never stop saying “what’s up guys”. Or I’m coming for you Ethan! This house is so beautiful!! It’s really a huge home with no mirrors!! That’s not fair! But this was a fun one to see all the beautiful details. You did a great job showing: ❤
Ethan, really good job of filming, that place is huge can you imagine what it would cost for electric and heating and just the taxes. Way out of my range
Beauty but way too big and busy for me. I was expecting another bar in the basement. That was one hell of a kitchen, the Master Suite is beautiful. Pool? Awesome Ethan.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Hi Ethan, would be great since the previous residents don’t want it to go buy some lot somewhere else and periodically hold an auction till someone gets interested because even though it’s got to be shown by a realtor, some places deserve more chances,it cost to have it on the market, but it has plenty of potential to be other things too. Enjoyed your 🤩 very cold there, and you’re so excited, you went on about toilet paper 🧻😆✅👍😁❣️
I remember that mansion from along time ago😎 and you showed it 😊,such a gorgeous 🏡 home 😁,remember you showing it getting knocked down from before and afterwards 🏡
I can’t believe it’s going to be torn down! I’d move in right now! All that artwork and carved wood should be removed and saved. Those mural doors in the bathroom by the entrance with the “scary” toilet would be easy to remove. Sometimes I hate humanity….
What a magnificent piece!! It’s very tastefully done!! I thought I would be lost for days in the others you’ve taken us too, but I think this the winner of getting lost in!!! 😂😂😂. Thanks Ethan!! 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖
Thanks for the tour. Pretty sure I'll never be in a house like this. A cherub is a baby angel. WHAT IS UP ETHAN !!! Pretty sure the guy on the glass etching is supposed to be Howard Hughes. Interesting/crazy rich dude. Maybe the former owner made $$ in aviation, like Hughes. You need all the fridges so you can keep your booze/snacks cold and invite your friends for a party any time !! Because you're rich, and you can do whatever you want!!
as the saying goes if you seen one closet you have seen them all but that wine fridge it was massive I have never seen one as big as that just think of all the booze you could put in there especially the johnny walker black lable and jack daniels the rooms were nice loved the whole house the kitchen was nice but another great video and thank you Ethan see you in the next video

Hey love the videos. Any reason this is 720p? Quite blurry. Some of your videos upload in that resolution I noticed. Hard to see the details. Keep up the great content!
I don't care what other people think, I LOVE when you say "What is up, you guys?!"into the mirrors!!👍
I agree! It's Ethan's signature at this point!
So am I. Overthese I must say, he has a sexy voice.
I love the wassup 🤗 in the mirror's 🪞 ❤😂 warm friendly 😌🌹 inviting
I agree
Never seen anybody say anything negative about that?
Such a shame to bulldoze something so beautiful.
No pool? For $19 million you'd think their would be a pool.
I think he wrote $35 million, and said 19,000 square feet.
@@caroleknappsmith9010 $35 million makes it even worse that there is no pool.
@@user-wq8zi3kd5o I agree!
@@user-wq8zi3kd5o there is pool under the floor in the ballroom
Think there was a interior pool in that huge ballroom underneath the floor with the murals, the bar and the bathroom.
This house is amazing, I would get lost in there. All those kitchens!!!!
Mean people suck! If you don't have anything nice to say SHUT UP! 🤬

Looks more like a Grand Hotel than a Family Home
Beautiful house!! Thanks for the awesome video. I do appreciate it. 🌻 😊
I absolutely love the celestial Angel room ❤️❤️ serenity peaceful meditation 😍 great place to do yoga.
Who abandons a house like this?? Unbelievable!
Amazing interesting 🤔🧐 speechless 😶

This place is one of thee most beautiful you’ve shown!! Nothing they build will top this place!!
How gorgeous, when do we move in! But it would cost a fortune to heat and maintain. Why would anyone abandon this house. Way to go Ethan ❤

Very beautiful house Ethan and outstanding video 👍❤️😎
I love the wrought iron spiral staircase. And,the glamorous ballroom with the intricate mural
This mansion is stunning! Those ceilings are amazing and all the beautiful woodwork! Just wow!! It is a crime what people did when they came in and ripped things down! Thank you Ethan!
Thank you, Ethan ! That's so nice ! Too bad for some water damages, but why did they leave such a place ???? It is a waste if it's to demolish..
This home is gorgeous love everything about it. I can’t believe it doesn’t have a pool. Thank you for sharing.
I love when you say, "Whats up guys" in the mirrors! When you pass one up, I get sad. Some people just like to be jerks and make everyone around them miserable. Love your videos!
Amazing building. That looks a little bit like an italian palazzo. This mindblowing sealings looks typically italian style.
This house is so incredibly beautiful. Really hope they take out all that beautiful stuff.
So amazing! Such a shame for it to be destroyed.
The murals are beautiful..
Amazing house for sure. I’d need a map so I didn’t get lost! 😂😂
OMG 😳 The kitchen 😁
So excited for a video from Ethan!🧡🏘
Think of how many luxury apartment's they could put in that one house.
What a waste of money. You could never use all this space
Yes i would
That basement! Wow. The whole house wow. Why would someone not take the washers and dryers? You could sell those appliances.
ARS GRATIA ARTIS, ART FOR THE SAKE OF ART. THIS HOUSE DEPICTS IT. 👍

Hello Ethan 👋Thank you for another great video 👍❤️😎
Rooms reminds me of the Titanic ❤ elegance splendor..1st class
Ooh a Master wing suite beautiful but my dream is a tiny house. HAHA!
It’s probably a break room/ area for the house staff.
Why this had to be abandoned this house is so nice I guess why never no what a beautiful house❤️
Great video Ethan!!
Maybe the former owner & family were/are vampires who don’t use mirrors since they have no reflection…lol
Beautiful home!!
Stunning....
Great video Ethan.
No words‼️🫶🏼👍🏼😎🤯

Ethan, really good job of filming, that place is huge can you imagine what it would cost for electric and heating and just the taxes. Way out of my range

It’s already torn down, it started two weeks ago.
So Beautiful♥️

🏰 Best Mansion Yet Ethan! 🏰
Wow wow wow! Great video Ethan!
Piece of art
It is absolutely insane to think, this whole place will basically just be plowed over and filled in
That house goes on forever. Totally incredible. 🧡 I just saw a random video from another explorer. The house is now in shambles. 😫
Thanks for this awesome Explore Ethan . This home would have been very impressive in its day . Very well done 👏
Thank you for a wonderful beautiful house Ethan
Wooooowww. So much house!!!!❤
Amazing🤗🤗🤗
Very grandiose home. Someone sunk a ton of money into the design and build! Set up for a huge extended family.
Ethan tht house is so beautiful it’s sad they’re going to knock it dwn
You were like a kid on Christmas when you finally found a mirror lol 😂 that was my favorite bathroom ❤ great video as usual
This is one of the most beautiful homes you have shown. Thank you for being willing to go around to show us these homes.
I do know that this home has been in a couple of movies and I've seen the movies many times, it's a very beautiful home
I love the foryor... and cubbies for vase's or statues
Top tier⚡💪💯😎
Wow insane. Nice work
Amazing home it's a shame it will be torn down
Unbelievable
😂"What Are You Gonna Do About It"😂 Nice One Ethan!
There's nothing 1960's about that house 😮... for 19 million .....it must be an incredible piece of land.... 😊
That place is ridiculous! Need a map to navigate it.
Looks like high end Sorority or fraternity house. Some kind of group system. Or apartments with all the kitchens and community areas.
Built in 66' completely renovated probably around 2010
I wasn't sure if I remembered this video until I saw the automatic toilet seat
as the saying goes if you seen one closet you have seen them all but that wine fridge it was massive I have never seen one as big as that just think of all the booze you could put in there especially the johnny walker black lable and jack daniels the rooms were nice loved the whole house the kitchen was nice but another great video and thank you Ethan see you in the next video
This was amazing but the best part is listening to you when you get excited about the ABANDONED house. 😊
It looks like ancient Italiano and sad to be destroyed.😢😮😭
Could you imagine waking up in a place like this every day?! I'd never leave the house again!
Motion sensors may be for little kids room to alert parents they are up in the big house maybe....
