...when he said , " American people do love my accent...I don't know why " , my heart literally melt . I can imagine him, whispering something to my ears. ..❤️and I SWOON....sleep well , sweet adorable angel. You'll be always missed.
Wow, Alan is fantastic and terribly polite! Really, the girl who ask him should learn to do questions! I love his voice and his accent too, because I don't speak english very well and I understood all of his answers. Cute! Thank you for the video! I (L) Alan
We do love his accent! And we can understand what he is saying if the volume is high enough. The thick Scottish accent is one I can’t understand most often. But it sounds great! 😉
Baritone, silky, supple, menacing or romancing, *sigh* the poetry-reading scene in S&S should be longer. The dry, self-effacing wit is a joy to hear! Thank you for posting this.
I didn't think this interview was terrible at all, in fact it's one of the best I've seen with him. The questions were quite interesting and he didn't look too uncomfortable (more than usual) to me.
I’m enjoying these questions & answers! Not everyone asks the questions about how he felt about playing in the snow with Linda! Great idea! I think he’s a boy at heart. ♥️🙌🏼⭐️🌹🌿
at first. i thought the pace was so slow, but her voice being a little diificult to understanding is much calmer that way. and, as an experienced interview subject, enjoy watching the search to know the questions are leading.
Oh, the interviewer was horrible... But maybe it was because of Alan, if I sat in front of him, maybe I would be in such an awe I couldn´t make my mouth move...Let alone ask good questions with sufficiently intelligible accent :-)))
i guess it was because she 's (probably) a geman - native speaker - it's pretty damn hard to make an interview in a foreign tongue - would love to hear you doing it in french, german or spanish. the questions were quite ok in my opinion...
Personally I think the internet will be the death of cinima because they chage to much in my opinion and I would rather go and se a live proformance from Alan Rickman and many other actors whilst sitting in a vast aurditorium filed with people. I think the internet will give life to the theater and live shows. Thats my opinion.... :)
She is a fully fledged intern, NOT an apprentice! I think we need to stop her before she's allowed to commit more crimes against Alan and the English speaking world! She also did an interview with Julie Delphy in English! I can't believe they let her do this...
I think it's not so much her accent but she actually can't speak English at all... I am German and feel a bit ashamed.. you said that interview was done by ZDF which is one of the major TV channels in Germany..can't believe they let her do it.. I feel really sorry for Alan and hope he doesn't conclude that everyone in Germany sounds like that.. He was extremely patient. Bruce Willis would have walked straight out of the room..
Yes, the girl speaks a terrible english she can't formulate a (good) question. I mean what is that for a question: "And canada...you love this country? OMG! Just bad. Every remarke she did begins with an "and"! and I am a german girl - in german we say to such a situation "fremdschämen" it means I feel ashamed for the poor girl! Alan is great becaus he is very professional.
She is asking some questions that are fun for the audience & for Alan, which no one else has thought to ask. So...that’s something positive about the interviewer! It seems she knows something about Autism to ask those questions, perhaps more so than most. I enjoyed this very much!
Her English is just awful. I myself am not English and live in Germany (am not German either) and have to hear this kind of accent and grammar in classes but is it really that difficult to find someone good for television?

She also did an interview with Julie Delphy in English! I can't believe they let her do this...
I've now received the information: The interview was conducted by Nicolette Feiler-Thull for "ZDF Kulturzeit.".

No worries. She sounds awfully young. (Perhaps she knew someone to get the job.)
Mir gehts genauso. Da bekommt fremdschämen ne ganz andere dimension! ;)
u can just see Carrie in the background
