I've noticed that when a witness is hostile, it's because they have no legitimate answer. The fact that he was never at the border would exlude him from testifying. His snarky remarks only underlies his incompetence and ignorance.

But haven't American citizens on probation been convicted of a crime?
Not necessarily. Some get probation on deferred sentences. A deferred sentence is not a conviction. There's also pre-trial supervision which requires regular check in's, drug screens and sometimes ankle monitors and GPS tracking.
You don't have to be on probation for them to track you. They're tracking you through your social security number, your bank account, anything your name and number is attached to. They have the ability to do it because they've been leeching tax against our will for just about a hundred years now. Different kind of slavery and it seems there's potential their involved in the cartels and traffickers.

I worked up until retirement, for 28 years in the construction field., I knew, my bosses knew and the owners of the company (think Trump here) knew that they were hiring undocumented workers--illegal if you prefer. These owner were doing this #1. knowing that they were breaking the law, and #2. having absolutely no fear of ever being prosecuted for breaking the law.
Maybe we should look into prosecuting some of these folks who are hiring these undocumented people. In addition to the construction industry, the fast food industry, the meat processing industry, the farm labor industry and more are breaking the law on a regular basis with zero prosecutions. Perhaps we could begin there--what say you friend?
