Have been playing for one month now. Started playing to show my kids you can do anything with consistency & your best effort. Every time I get discouraged, you pop in my head “Don’t worry, Don’t compare, don’t expect to fast, be kind to yourself” and then I’m right back to it. Your spirit is a gift Tomo, thanks for believing in us & Guitar!
Chambering gives guitars a different life style. I like them in the middle of the night. The kitchen is my favorite hang out. Knocking a pound or two off a guitar, is a comfort! (note my avatar is chambered) Chris
Always loved the headstocks of the Music Man guitars....how they split the tuners 4/2..and with locking tuners no need for the ugly string trees ! Beautiful guitar Tomo !
Beautiful playing Tomo! I have the same Sterling Valentine chambered and the EBMM version in tobacco sparkle and really dig the versatility w/ p/u combos, the boost, and coil tap but I don’t play them as well as you. That said, I’m inspired by your playing and insights. What initially brought you to the Valentine?
Wow! fantastic sounding guitar! for the price? really? I can't believe it, I paid $400 dollars just for a Tanned blond maple neck on Amazon and that was a few years ago, as far as the sound of the guitar that your playing for the price point, wow again what a great deal! Thanks so much for sharing.
@@TomoFujitaMusic 🤔 I’ll listen a few more times. I just don’t knows enough about all the interactions of pickups and pedals and chambers with electrics. I can make cool sounds with the GTRS or the Spark. But to know what to choose to get that sound. Sounds like a series. 🤔
Pretty. - I know you're really positive, but.... How about a video on things that can be bad about guitars. Show us some stuff we might have wrong with ours and how to get around it. ? an idea for some videos.
Well I bought that guitar today. I have to say mostly from the tones I heard on that video but I realize now the amps you are using are playing a big role in the sound we hear. I don't have a proper amp and I am quite dissapointed by the pickups. I spent the whole afternoon trying to get info about pickups to replace the stock ones... The neck pickup sounds like cardboard to be, no chimes in the highs, bit dull. The bridge pickup is the most disappointing compared to your video: i really don't see what i could do with it, it just seems to sound like harsh high mids and that's it. This kind of guitar was hard to find, no way to try it, i feel a bit stupid now. The neck is quite good although thicker than what i am used too (i always played on a Tele that has a more D shape kind of neck) but i shall maybe get used too it. Also coming from a single coil on neck and humbucker rail on bridge, this combination is a bit disturbing so far. I love the sound of my Tele but I had to find a replacement as the neck suffered along the years, the frets are quite dead and the wiring is next to letting me down on stage. This Sterling has also the enormous advantage to stay on tune although i bent all strings in every way possible ;) If anyone has a suggestion as to which pickups would fit (I know next to nothing about gear), I am open ;)

Awesome! Good job! Yes! Thank you so much!
Good morning everyone in the wise words of tomo sensai “ be thankful to play the guitar everyday”!!!
That's what I feel everyday! Thank you!
The glassy finish and the very dark neck looks so vintage, gives an honest aura about it. Really good!
Thank you for sharing! So good!
@@TomoFujitaMusic For sure man!
Everyone that has played this guitar, loves it..not only is the sound killer, she's also a looker

So bright fat & clear semi acoustic sound. 👍😀
You're very welcome! Great tone!

Tomo your videos make me happy ❤
So happy to hear that! Thank you!
I wanted that guitar for a long time. Now they have a chambered one? This year is my 40th birthday. Perfect present for myself
Fantastic sounding guitar! Very inspiring!
Cool choice, for a 'keeper'.
I went for a Fender E XII on my 40th.
Absolutely Fabulous Guitar.
Yes! I love it! Thank you!
Beautyfull kit, you could make a shovel with strings sound good, but must be inspiring to play that. 🙏
Thank you! Many possibilities with your creative mind!
It also looks like a guitar that you could bring to any gig, both because of versatility but also looks
Yes! So good!
That’s a beauty and it sounds amazing 🎸👌🏼
Thank you so much!
Love the clean tones and that pedal really brings a violin voice. The chambered design seems to really richen the low end.
Glad you like it! Thank you so much!
Sounds beautiful 🤩
Thank you!
Really nice sound. Rings like a bell! Great articulation too.
Thank you very much! Very inspiring tone!
Can't wait for the '59 Burst video!

Glad you like it! Thank you!

Thank you! You too!
Nice guitar and sounds beautiful ❤️🙏🎸👍
Thanks for listening! Thank you!
I love ANY music man
Awesome!!
Wow! Finally, a modern guitar that would drive both Robert Johnson AND Lonnie Johnson totally nuts! IMHO. So cool!
Thank you so much!
@@TomoFujitaMusic I know, Robert Johnson was already nuts. But you know what I mean.
The Sterling Musicman instruments are great! I bought their cheapest Stingray bass and I love it

Nice Amazing Grace tune!
Thank you so much!
I am patiently waiting for the follow up demo of the Donner travel guitar!
Tomorrow! I already made it! Thank you so much for being patient.
Great playing and review. Can you play the guitar also passive without battery? Thanks
Thank you so much! You're welcome! When the active switch is off... it's passive!
@@TomoFujitaMusic thats great, thank you very much ✌️
I really dig this guitar.....😊😊
Me too! Thank you! Very inspiring!
Sweet guitar! Very much like a Gibson ES 335 but with a MusicMan headstock with 4 pegs on one side and 2 on the other.
So great! Thank you for sharing!
P.S, it sound’s beautiful played through your Roland Jazz Chorus amp 😎👍👍
Thank you so much!
Supernatural Presence. Whoa, Alright!
Thank you!
Now that tone is clean as a whistle. Could you also get a John Petrucci signature music man? That would be cool to see you try out his guitar tone.
Thank you for sharing! Maybe... Thank you!
I don’t know enough about electric guitars so I need to ask. Is the reverb/ theatre sound because of the chambers?
Sounds intriguing.
Be well Tomosan.
This design wont give you any reverb sound but a little hollow & solid tone together. Very nice tone!

@@Jack.Waters As long as you are happy with your tone with your guitar! Awesome!
@@TomoFujitaMusic yes. I am very pleased with my LÂG model 30 with HyVibe. I’ve 3000+ plus hours on it in 2 years time.

Sounds great. How do you like the Fender Adkins Tele Thinline?
Thank you! I don't know about that guitar.
Yeah

Can you play AOR soft rock type stuff on that. Orleans or Christian rock. Real wet type solos? Firefall?
All possibile! Thank you for sharing!

Ash body with maple neck.... The best guitars are built that way.
Yes! True! Thank you!
@@TomoFujitaMusic I missed it. Are the pickups potted?
@@FransvandenBergeMuziekschuur I don't know. Thank you!
I wish we could split the humbucker instead of a boost. Still can't explain why this guitar is 799 in US and 1099 in Europe...
Thank you for sharing!
The bridge pickup is a single coil
@@supernothing77 Thanks, in case i didn't notice... I meant i'd prefer a splittable humbucker if that's more clear.
there's another one at the back without the chambering
