Because of the impending 2026 interior refresh, and especially because of the obnoxious 27” screen, I jumped to buy a 2025 this week. I literally took delivery of a 2.5T Sport Prestige today. The current interior is gorgeous, minimalistic, and aesthetically pleasing. It will be ruined come 2026. The 27” screen will be overbearing. The air vents will no longer be artfully blended in and seamlessly hidden within the trim. The dash and console won’t have a harmonious flow anymore and will look disjointed and cluttered.

When you look at the specs of the GV70 on genesis’s website it says wireless Android auto and Apple CarPlay (coming soon). So it’s possible that they’ll implement it later in a software update I would assume.
I so wish this car had a hybrid system. It'd be #1 and ahead of the Lexus NX in the luxury crossover SUV segment imo if it did because it looks absolutely awesome inside & out. There's a reason why the Lexus NX is the best selling in its class even though it hasn't been refreshed in a few years & it's because of its hybrid system. If Genesis introduces a hybrid trim, the Lexus NX would eat dust!
The only thing I want from the new refresh is the MLA matrix light. Other than that, I prefer my current 2024 model. 2025 is unchanged. 2023 advanced is a heck of a deal bc many of its features moved to SP in 2024. Wireless AA and Carplay is supposedly coming in July OTA for 2023 and up. I've been using an adapter but really looking forward to it. 8k miles on mine and totally loving it. No issue at all.
