Love it, so artistic. For what may take people with an eye for these things a few hours to set up, it will take me days lol . this is helpful , now I know how I think I can set up my china cabinet .
Thank you so much for these great ideas. I was struggling on how to display/organize my many tea cups and saucers, but your great systems have given me much inspiration! I especially like the idea of adding in other pieces and elements for added interest and to alleviate monotony. Many thanks.
I really like the way you've arranged everything to appeal to your eye whenever you open the doors. The pink glass and china pieces is a great pairing - thanks for showing us!
Thank you I say while sitting in a room with my Johnson Brothers Friendly Village collection spread out on the ground !!! I can't believe I found this video. A new perspective on display was what I was looking for. Wow !
OmG! I love your taste! I have been looking for rose patterned china ever since I got engaged 30 years ago at Tavern on the Green-they had very similar china pattern -I Think it is very hard to come by...beautiful dish ware!
Hullo, I just found your channel, I really liked your cabinets but may I ask, at the time of filming, why did you place the glasses and knife rests like that? I haven't seen any future presentations made by you so you may have rearranged things. Are the rests waterford, cristofle?
The less the better. When I can I display the dinner plates in the back standing up. When your set gets too large for where you store it you may have to stack higher than you want. I have stacked 12 before but don't like to.
It depends of the size of each set and the color. In my main hutch that matches my table I have Lady Carlyle along with a beautiful German mocha set I bought when I went to Germany years ago (it is what I end all of my recent videos with if you want to see it). I the German set in the middle of the hutch and still have a few lady Carlyle things back behind and to the side of it. It really makes the mocha set be the focal point and the Lady Carlyle more in the background. Give it a try and see how it looks and how you like it.

Is it tacky to display my tea sets inside my curior cabinet in my LIVING ROOM?
What’s a good rule of thumb for you when getting a set? How many do you try to service for when getting a set?
You seem to stack your fine China plates high. So, is it true that we shouldn’t stack higher than 6-8 plates per stack? Thank you!

How can I display two drastically different sets of china in the same cabinet ?
