It *looks* like Robin is E1S1, basing it off the 4 buffs she gets when she ults, 1 from her concerto state, 1 from her sig lc, and one from her relic set, which leaves one for her E1 buff. Just my guess. Bronya is E1S1 at least, since she's gaining skill points on both skill and ultimate. I don't see Feixiao's E1 in effect, so it's probably E0S0 Feixiao or E0S1. I'm leaning on E0S0 because it's only 500k despite having both Bronya Ult/Skill active as well as a Bronya-double-buffed E1S1 Robin-Ult up.
use the 2nd buff, enemies dont get adv forward if they dont have any DoT on them picking 1 or 3 applies wind shear which then will just kill any sustainless team

Can you show us your strategy? And how enemies got hit but no advance foward?
