Peter Carr, age 70, and John McConnell, approaching 70 years old, talk about their joy of tennis competition and supporting local tournaments, even when outmatched by younger competition, at their first pro tennis experience at the doubles “Wild Card” tournament for the $15,000 Mardy Fish Children’s Foundation Tennis Championships U.S. Tennis Association International Tennis Federation World Tennis Tour event held at The Vero Beach Tennis & Fitness Club in Vero Beach, Florida.
