Thank you!! Beautiful .. my ancestral land
Thanks to you for watching our video! We loved the Peloponnese 🇬🇷💙😊
proud Spartan peloponnesian welcome to the heroic gem of Greece ❤
thanks for watching! We loved our time in Sparta and the Peloponnese! 🇬🇷💙😊
Love Methoini and Koroni area!!!! We just came back 2 wks ago ❤🇬🇷
thanks for watching! Really glad to know that you have enjoyed this part of Greece too. 😊🇬🇷💙
@@ReigneOrShine absolutely!!! I proposed to my wife at Methoini Castle in 97 and we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary in Methoini @ the Castle 🏰
I love travelling to Greece! Main land has indeed many hidden places to explore yet..
Me too! Greece is one of our favourite destinations. We’ve only been there twice but we’re planning to visit more in the next few years. 🙏🏽
Thanks so much for all the information and beautiful video. We are planning a 4 week trip in October so its helpful getting ideas. Take care and enjoy all your future travels.
thanks to you for watching and appreciating our video! Wow, 4 weeks in Greece, you´ll have a wonderful trip for sure! In our channel we have more long vlogs of the different places that we visited in the Peloponnese and also older videos from other parts of Greece in case you wanna watch them. 🇬🇷💙😊
Your videos are the BEST source for planning to go to Peloponnese! Especially for people like us who prefer to visit these places in a low season. Many thanks for your time and love you poured in these videos!
Hello from Ireland! I have to say that your comment made me really happy and it feels that all our work is worth it. Thank you so much for expressing your thoughts about our work. Our main mission is to help others plan their who are like us that prefer low-season and travel on a budget. I hope that you will enjoy Peloponnese as much as we did.
I just travelled "the right two fingers" of Pelopennese in October, I would say Limeni, Monemvasia and Elafonisos island are really breathtaking. Definitely visit them in summer.🥰🥰
What I also love about Pelopennese is that there are much fewer tourists compared to many islands. I'm not a fan of crowded places. Plus, in Pelopennese you can enjoy good food with paying less money.
We love Limeni and Monemvasia. It’s those places that we wished we could have stayed longer. We haven’t been to Elafonisos. But won’t summer be very busy? We prefer to have less crowd and not too hot.
We loved the Peloponnese region. We would want to go back again one dat.
@@ReigneOrShine I went there in mid October and visited Monemvasia, Elafonisos, Gythio, Areopoli and Kalamata. The weather was good, it was always sunny and was cool in the morning, hot between 10 and 15, warm until late in the evening, but it was sometimes windy when I was in Monevasia and Elafonisos. I would recommend tourists to visit south Pelopennese between june and early october.(maybe better visit in June or september for less crowd and perfect temperature, warm almost the whole day and hot just 3 or 4 hours around noon )
In my travel in mid October I met only several tourists in each tourist spot I went. I suppose it would be busy in summer in Peloppenese but way less busy than places like Athens and many popular islands in south aegean sea.🙂
You are missing the best part and that is Neapoli and the wider Vatika region!
Thanks for sharing, this is my
first time to see how beautiful, now I know there're not much tourist over there 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
Thank you so much for watching. We went there during spring so there were very few visitors. 😁
Super; thank you so much.
thanks to you for watching and appreciating our video! 🙏🏽😊
Great job! Thank you for teaching us as well as showing us. I like that when you film, the light from the sun isn’t so intense.
thank you very much for your kind comment! We are always trying to look for the best light conditions to film during our trips :-)
Very nice video for Peloponnese !!! New subscriber from Greece !!!
thank you very much for your kind comment and for subscribing to our channel! We love your country and can't wait to return in the near future to create more content there. :)
Cool video! Great review
Thank you so much. 🙏🏽
Super cool that you saw the Maltese Falcon sailing yacht. That's my favorite yacht ever built
thanks for watching!
At the beginning we thought it was some sort of new monument from far away, then we realised it was a yacht, which was insane for us, we didn't know that that kind of boat existed. It must be amazing to sail the sea in such a unique vessel! :-)
Another great place in Peloponnese is Porto Cheli which is south of Epidauros. Is a tourist spot with nice beaches and good night life but from there is easy to reach with a small boat the great island of Spetses one of the nicest greek islands. I d like to add that Peloponnese allthough is a relativ small peninsula someone needs much time to explore and discover. Also south of the city of Argos the whole eastern coast till down the city of Leonidion is a fantastic place and if someone has gone there should climb the mountain of Mainalon to come down in the other side close to Monemvassia. From Argos another great tour is to the old city of Nemea and from there to explore the mountains and the mountain city of Kalavryta, as i ve already mentioned a trip to Peloponess needs time and if someone decides to visit it please take your time. Nice video this one very informative indeed.I d like here to give an advice to the people who might have in mind to visit Peloponnes to get one of the first tour guides from one of the graetest travellers of our times Patrick Lee Fermor Mani: Travels in the Southern Peloponnese Please buy this book to get an idea of what this travel is all about.
.
thank you very much for watching and for sharing so many interesting places with us with your comment! We didn't know many of those places you mentioned, but we will check them and hopefully we can return to the Peloponnese in the future and keep exploring this area. As you well said there are so many interesting locations and enough time is needed to enjoy as much as possible. We wished we could stayed longer!
Best regards.
Alex, thank you for such a detailed comment. My wife and I are planning to motorhome in the Mani this Spring so I watched this brief video and read all the comments. Your well written and informative thoughts inspired me to read up on Patrick Lee Fermor and immediately buy his book on Mani. What an interesting person he was. I love Greece and just know that reading that book on the Mani I will experience real depth when we visit and explore. Thank you so much.
@@juliancowburn4091 you re very welcome and wishing you always happy travels

Perfect video about Peloponnese ❤
thanks a million for your kind comment! 😊
This was really well made, thank you much.
thanks to you for watching our video and for your positive feedback! 🙏🏽😊
Not so known is the small village of Gialova. A bit touristique, but very beautiful with a lot of restaurants on the beach. The beautiful beach of Voidokilia is close by
Thanks for watching and for your advise too. We didn't know about that village, we'll consider it for a future trip to the Peloponnese. :)
Best regards.
Thanks a lot for such a wonderful review! I was in Peloponnesus some years ago and visited Mystras, Mycenae, Epidauros and Nafplio and it was really very interesting. But you have discovered some places which could be definitely referred as “hidden gems”, great! 👏
thank very much to you for watching and for appreciating our hard work! 🙏🏽
I'm glad to know that you enjoyed some of the best destinations in the Peloponnese too. There are so many places that are worth to visit in this part of Greece 😊
Excellent video and great suggestions for our trip to this area January 2022
Thank you so much for watching!! It will be still cold when you visit. I hope you enjoy the places.
After watching your video I've decided to plan a tour for a month and visit all the places you've mentioned in this video. I'll also try and visit the city of Patras as that looks like a place worth spending a couple of nights. It looks like Greece isn't just about the islands. Can't wait to go on my odyssey!!
Thanks a million for watching and for appreciating our video so much! We're so happy that our content inspired you to go to the Peloponnese, it's really an incredible area of Greece, you´ll love it there and one month is perfect to enjoy all the locations with enough time. We would have loved to stay longer, we filmed all these places in only 9 days 😅
Patras looks very beautiful too, there are so many amazing places in this part of Greece 😍
You´re right, Greece is not only about the islands! We went to Delphi, Sounio and Meteora in a previous trip, and we love all those destinations too.
Enjoy your Odyssey! 😊

very well done, one of the best-described itineraries about Peloponnese! Congrats!
thanks a million for your kind comment! We're really glad that you think that. :)
Nicely presented list. Beautiful shots.
Hello. Thank you so much. For us, the best comments are always from the locals. We are extremely happy when someone from that country appreciates our work. Thanks a million!! We love Greece so much. Greek foods are my favourite even if my husband is Spanish. 😂 We will go back again for sure.
Great information, well presented and amazing photography and editing. Looking forward to visiting all the places you have mentioned.

Wonderful video, thank you
Thank you so much for appreciating our work. 🙏🏽
Great job of reporting. Very useful information.
Thank you so much. You’re very kind. 🙏🏽
What a great source of information on a place I knew little. Planning a Greek odyssey for September 2024, and have just added the Peloponnese to the draft itinerary. I have also enjoyed the various comments from people as well. Again, great sources of information!
Thank you so much for watching and appreciating our work. We wish we could have stayed longer. There are more places that we couldn’t visit. If it would help you more, we have separate videos with more detailed information about the places we visited in the Peloponnese.
Great video, thank you
Thank you so much for watching!
Your videos are excellent, and very well filmed . I’ve just watched 2 of them. I am heading for Greece in April and will spend most of the time on the PELOPPONESE
I’m not going to Mani Peninsula or Olympia but all the other places on your video.
thank you very much for watching our videos and for your kind words about our work! April is a fantastic month to travel in Greece. We wish you a wonderful trip, you'll love the Peloponnese, so many interesting places to visit, great food and friendly locals! Let us know if you have questions about travelling to Greece, we're always happy to help others.
Best regards.
Very well presented and I loved your video .I rather visit beaches that are not full of restaurants . I like beaches you can have to yourself . I love to visit the mountains of Greece .
Thank you so much for watching and for appreciating our video! We totally agree with you about the beaches. We prefer natural places that are not full of constructions that ruin the landscape. Greece is one of our favourite countries in the world, we cannot wait to return to keep exploring and filming it 😍🎥💪🏽🙂
@@ReigneOrShine I hope you can visit my home country Australia and visit our beaches in our national parks . Hat Head National Park is one of my favourite .Enjoy Greece and look forward to watching more videos on Greece !

Thank you so much for watching!
What a fab video. Thank you for creating it. I may even mirror your travels as you have covered some beautiful spots.
How long did this trip take you?
thank you very much for watching and for appreciating our work! We have longer vlogs of this trip in case you want more detailed information to travel to the Peloponnese, we included also accommodation, entrance fees and restaurants. We travelled for only 8 days, but if you plan to follow our itinerary we think that at least 10 days would be better, as we felt a little bit rushed in certain places where we wish we could have stayed longer. Wish you a wonderful trip to this incredible part of Greece! 🇬🇷💙😊
Nice video, well done.👍
thank you very much! :)

Hello thank you for watching!! And thank you for your suggestions. I wish we had more time so that we can visit more amazing places. Hopefully, we will have another opportunity to visit in the future. 🙏🏽
i would say pylos is very great. we are at costa navarino right now
thanks for watching and for your suggestion! Several people have advised us to go to Pylos, next time we won't miss it. Enjoy your time there! :)
How many days did you spend in the region? I love your videos, and am interested in knowing more about your itinerary. Did you stay in one place for all of these sites or did you move around the area with multiple hotels?
Hi! Thank you very much for watching and for appreciating our content. We spent only 8 days in the Peloponnese doing a road trip around the peninsula staying in different hotels. We organised our trip thinking about filming as much as possible, but it was really exhausting because the distances are longer than they may seem. we think that at least 10 or 12 days would have been better for so many places. We were lucky with the weather, it was colder than we expected but considering that we went there in March, it was quite good most of the time.
We posted 4 extended vlogs where you can watch the whole trip since we started until we finish our trip, we show the hotels, the prices, the restaurants and more travel tips in those videos, if you are planning to travel there that's the best itinerary that we can share. 😊

Hello Shine. and good afternoon from Athens. Thank you for your contribution in showing such nice and historical places. The quaility of filming, picture, content and audio leave a lot to desire as well. Can you share with us what king of equimpment do you use to produce those videos? It semms thta you use a drone too, what type of equipment do you recomend? I love video and photography as well. Keep up the good work and thank you. We will definitely recommend you guys. Have fun and take care.
Thanks a million for watching our video and for your kind words! We're really happy that you appreciate our content so much and thanks also for recommending us to other people.
When we filmed this video we used mainly an iPhone 12 and a DJI Mavic Air 2, some videos were taken with the Canon m5 too.
But since last October 2022 we upgraded and got an iPhone 13 and the Canon R7, we still use the same drone though.
Sometimes we use a DJI OM5 as a gimbal, but we're used to film so much that we often use handheld shooting, as the stabilisation in the new iPhone and Canon are much better now.
My husband uses a Canon 6D mark II for photography too and a tripod.
It's difficult to recommend the exact gear, but a modern phone with good cameras, a mirrorless camera and any new drone from DJI should be more than enough to start creating travel videos. We're planning to get the DJI Action 4 soon because we missed an action camera for underwater videography in our last trip to Sardinia.
If you plan to vlog talking in front of the camera, then some Rode microphone or the new mic from DJI are also part of our gear.
Let me know if you have more questions!
All the best.
On the Peloponnese, there are two beautiful beches: Voidokilia Beach and Simos Beach.
Yes. We went to Voidokilia beach. So many places to visit there
Which month in spring were you there? THANKS for the fabulous video.
Thanks to you for watching and for appreciating our video! We went there in March. We have longer videos of every destination in our channel in case you wanna take a look to see better how the weather was during those days in the Peloponnese. We even had snow in the mountains 😊
@@ReigneOrShine Thank you …I saw the snow on the mountains…I am planning to go in May…Thank you…Happy travels
Great video quality can i ask what gear you use?
Thank you very much for watching!
In this trip we used an iPhone 12, a Canon m5 and a DJI Mavic Air 2.
But since last September we upgraded our gear and we got an iPhone 13 and the Canon R7.
Best regards!
@@ReigneOrShine yeahhh thanks for the answer back 🙃 great videos
Next time you are in mainland Greece, try to visit Meteora, Metsovo and Zagori. I think you will like it even more than the Peloponnese. 🙂
Thank you so much for your suggestions. We’ve been to Meteora last 2019. It’s one of the most amazing places I’ve seen. I literally cried as we watched the sunset there. I wanna go back again. We have to include Metsovo and Zagori for our future trip. Thanks again 🙏🏽
Truly beautiful spots! How long did it take you to travel to all these areas?
Thank you Kathleen! We were there for 2 weeks. It wasn’t enough but we did our best to check different places in the region of Peloponnese. 😁
Nice video😃
Which drone used?
Thank you so much for watching! DJI Mavic Air 2 is our drone for the last 3 years. 🙂
Great Video, but Tiryns has to be included
Thank you so much for watching and appreciating our work. We would love to visit Peloponnese again in the future and will include Tiryns. So many places but so little time to visit 😭
Funny. Spanish music (which I like) as background for a documentary in Greece.
Thank you for watching. Btw, this is not a documentary. This is just our personal choices. And also, I am paying every month to get non-copyrighted music and there’s very limited choices for Greece. So I used whatever Mediterranean music I could use. If you can provide me music that I can use without getting copyrighted, then it would be of great help. We should also help others rather than just criticising right? Have a nice day!
Did you stay in the same hotel everyday and just drove each day to these different locations? Or did you have hotels in different areas?
thanks for watching! We had different hotels as distances can be a little bit long in the Peloponnese. I´ll add the links for our full vlogs where you can see all our hotels with the price we paid for the rooms, in case you are interested to check it:

Trojan War was not Mythology. The Iliad has alot of historic facts, surprisingly many, although alot of mythology in it.
We never said that the Trojan War is mythology, we said that Mycenae in mythology is better known as the city of Agamemnon. And we know that the Iliad has both history and mythology, my husband read it years ago and thus he wanted to visit these places since he was a teenager. Not trying to do a history video here, just promoting these beautiful places to bring more visitors to this incredible part of Greece. Thanks for watching.
Monemvasia no 1!
I love Monemvasia. 🥰
And these(and many more) are only in peloponnese..think about the rest of the greece..
I love Greece!! I love Greek food, the friendly locals, the sceneries, history, its culture. We will go back again.

Pity that debt destroyed Greece.
thanks for watching
What a pity you always are in the middle of your pictures !
We should prefer see this
wonderfull country without you !!
😢 👎😬🥴😱
It’s a pity that you find time to comment such negativity to someone. You can always stop watching the video. You know the stop button? You can use that. Watch other videos then because my channel, my rules. If you don’t like it, not my problem. There are people who like my content style. And who are you referring to as “we”. If by we means yourself, then go suit yourself to block me. Okay? Have a nice day!
The world would be more beautiful place if there are no rude and negative people like you. 😂
Do you really think that watching you every now and then is so attractive?
Did I ever say that in my video? Lol
You forgot to visit ancient Pylos, king Nestors palace, the ancient messene, most famous place in Greece, they are located in Messinia to.
thank you very much for the recommendation! We drove nearby and my husband mentioned it to me, I wish we can return to the Peloponnese in the future to keep exploring this amazing part of Greece! :)
