This video includes a top 15 of the 15 best UNESCO world heritage sites.
The UNESCO site is not just the Colosseum, it's the entire historic centre of Rome, 1430 hectares with more then 25.000 things in it... Things like the Pantheon, Trevi's fountain, the forums, Traian's column, various triumphal arches, Spanish steps, Cestia pyramid, Sant'angelo castle, Caracalla's baths and thousands more... There are more monuments in this single UNESCO site then in north and south America combined... And for UNESCO is just 1 site!!
You’re right! I’ve chosen only to pick out the Colosseum, but i’ve could explain it better.
Great video!
Thanks for this beautiful Vdo.
Thank you for your kind words!
UNESCO World Heritage Sites cannot be the subject of a list, it’s not a competition. All places in the UNESCO list are there because of their unique characteristics and heritage value.
Been to most of these except for Machu Pictu and Easter Island. Currently planning a year long backpacking trip to South America. Will likely visit both of these.
Thats great! Which countries do you wanna visit?
A well compiled list from a wide range of culturally and gropolitically diversed heritage sites to successfully strike a good balane without bias. Very well done. 👍
Great 🎉
Amazing content! ❤
proud to be Mexican and our ancient civilizations like Aztecs, Mexicas and Mayas.
Ku-Khul-Kan temple is ones of the 7 World's Modern Wonders
Peru has older civilizations and we also have of of the 7 world’s modern wonders. 🇵🇪🤝🇲🇽
@@countryballspredicciones5184
Yeah, but that Caral supe “civilization” never had any written language, they also didn’t have any pottery, they were pre-ceramic and produced hardly any art. There is this Peruvian historian, that states that the first true Peruvian civilization was Chavín. The first complex pottery, art etc in the Andean region.
@@countryballspredicciones5184
Don’t bother, there are waaaay better sites in Mexico than chicken pizza,,,,, I mean,,,,, Chichén Itzá. Here are some.
1: Monte Albán (the beam of light of the edificio P takes the cake for me)
2: Xochicalco,
3: Toniná
4: Teotenango
5: Cacaxtla-Xochitécatl
6: Texcotzingo
7: Cantona
8: Uxmal
@@frankomendizabal2348 I was not comparing! 🇵🇪🤝🇲🇽! Peru and Mexico are uniques in their own ways.
@@countryballspredicciones5184
15 BEST Unesco World Heritage Sites...one of them is BOROBUDUR temple from INDONESIA...Thank you for sharing
BEAUTIFUL ones in here! I’ve been to a few of these and they are all worth it!

Will probably in one of my next video’s! :)
No
Kailash temple Ellora is a Karnataka artecuture.
No way Machhu Picchu is above the pyramids of Giza. I have been to both and nothing really beats the pyramids in splendor and historical value.
Angkor wat really is amazing sites ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I have been to 10 of the 15, and the other 5 are definitely on my bucket list. Hope I can do it all someday.
Amazing! Which 5 are still on your list? :)
@@yourearthexperience they are Serengeti National Park, Easter Island, Chichen Itza, Bagan and Yellowstone National Park, 2 of which I had to postpone because of the pandemic.
name them.
@@miguelcasas9682 Every place shown in the video except for the 5 I listed.
How can you miss Kailash Temple from Ellora caves - largest single rock cut monolithic structure in the world and the Konark Sun temple with some of world's oldest sun dials chariot wheels?
They conveniently do it because they don't want the world to see the truth...
He just already popular places
I want to see some underated ones 🤔
Dont expect much from them

Correction to the Machu Picchu information . Just returned from a 15 days trip to Peru 🇵🇪 Machu Picchu was discovered on July 24, 1911 by Hiram Bingham an American archeologist .
*rediscovered
Was rediscovered. The first visitor was a Peruvian called Agustín Lizárraga.
@@countryballspredicciones5184 For sure a Peruvian was first. For me the question is how did the enormous boulders get hauled to the top, especially to the steep Wayna Picchu? Seems impossible....
Please speak to the Incan people. It was Not discovered by the Gringo Yalie but popularized by him in the USA.
Though this is an amazing video, there is room for improvement.... Review the sites from time to time and then the list would have to be changed... New magnificent sites would be found and added on... Keep up the good work... Continue to look out for more amazing sites... Thanks
Ha Long Bay reminds me of Pirates of the Caribbean scenes. Not sure if any scene were shot there though.
Ha Long bay 12❤
Have you been there? :D
Gunung Padang Site from cianjur Indonesia
Very Old from Pyramid Giza and maccu piccu
Ellora and Ajanta Caves should be in this, they are India's greatest wonders. Ellora is much like Petra, only difference being they're covered in sculpture and feature a temple entirely hewn in the hillside. Petra is amazing but no where the degree of engineering and artistic achievement as Ellora. Ajanta is a treasure trove of classical Buddhist fresco and sculpture, some of the oldest and most sublime art in all of Asia can be found here. Also, many of the pieces feature Greco-Indian designs, an extraordinary meeting of East and West.
Leaving India...where's the Hagia Sophia? It is arguably the greatest building of the Classical World.
Thanks for your detailed reply! I’ve choose to pick only 15 sites, with cultural and natural combined. Next monday there will be a top 20 best ancient heritage sites. Some of them missing in this video, will be definitely in my next one. 🌎
Khajraho and Angkor Wat best
As a Peruvian, Angkor Wat looks amazing.
I don't don't understand how the giant Sequoia redwood forest is not on this list.
Might be in my next video! Could've only choose 15.. Alltough I absolutely agree that the Redwood NP is phenomenal.
Been to 11 of them. Only 4 more to go...
Which 4 are left to visit? :)
@@yourearthexperience Chitchen Itza / Yellowstone / Easter Is / Serengeti. I am glad that Asia is well represented on this list - its my home for past 30 years. The list off course all depends on individual taste - so many amazing places and experiences on our amazing planet.
what about jerusalem and the dead sea??
The information about Machu Picchu is wrong, it was discover in 1909 by Hiram Bingham an American
去过八个,不过并不完全赞同榜单,比如Galapagos就不该遗漏
Galapagos is amazing indeed, but could've only choose 15..
Hey, nice video but its not Easter Island is Rapa Nui. Thanks 😁
Oops haha! Thanks for the correction :D
Rapa Nui is correct. But the world knows it as Easter Island.
Where is Parthenon?
Where is mahinjo daro civilization in this list, one of the oldest civilization in the world,,you didn't mentioned it?
Where is thanjavur big temple?
In my next video! :)
Thanks, it is more than one of the wonder, unfortunately Taj was highlighted from india
Well, monuments with a marginal historical heritage are put above monuments that are at the base of the history of our society
Which one did you miss? As I only had chosen 15 here, with cultural and natural sites combined.
No Acropolis in Athens???
In my next video! :)
Where is Nepal
Where' s the two thousand years old banaue rice terraces of the ifugao in mountain province in the Philippines called the 8 wonders of the world and a UNESCO heritage site? Maybe besides from this there are lots of heritage site you did not include in this list. Be fair. From sorsogon city, Philippines.
Petra ?
Amazing heritage site, it’s in my video!
Cartagena should be on this list it is a beautiful area to see
cagas pa dentro 😂
Clearly you haven’t heard of Valletta
Where is Mount. Everest and birth place of Lord Buddha 🇳🇵 Don't joke brother.....
Listen with the sound down- the narration is lamentable - the visuals are amazing but these clips may have been sourced from other makers- there are no credits given to the creators.
There are issues with this videeo:
What was the criteria of defining the ‘15 best’
Opinion, not fact - such a dumb idea - to rate ‘the best’
The places are truly amazing but it’s not fair to rate.
The places are unique and should be viewed and appreciated as such
All volcanoes in Indonesia : Am I a joke to humans? I have buried and destroyed everything man made throughout history. Study all the things we have done, then you will know.
Not Angkor Wat but Angkor. Angkor Wat is only a part of the great city of Angkor
México presents
Have u seen my other heritage video? It containes another Mexican site. :)
@@yourearthexperience not yet , send me the link
I will never visit easter island, one man's experience posted on youtube has left me not wanting to give that place any of my $, just a piece of my mind! Chileans, however, are mostly really good ppl
What kind of experience was it?

taj mahal is not an indian monument... it's a turkic monument.
Nobody cares

Lovely footage of the temple of the warriors, but I have to firmly disagree with you. There are way more impressive ruins that are UNESCO world heritage in Mexico. Apart from Chichén Itzá, (you didn’t even mention the observatory of El Caracol).
1: Monte Albán, (google “Monte Albán desde el arriba” & ”paso cenital del sol en el edifico P de Monte Albán”. You’ll see why it’s impressive!!!
2: Uxmal, literally the best example of Puuc architecture.
3: Teotihuacán, (this one is self explanatory)
4: Xochicalco, just look up, “Xochicalco foto aerea” it also has an observatory, like the edificio P of Monte Albán. It’s also the archaeological monument of Mexico with the most density of structures.
Maybe, you could make a video titled: top 10 most underrated/unknown ruins in the world. Out of all the ones I mentioned, Xochicalco is the least known.
Thanks for sharing! Great idea which I will make a video of in the near future. :)
@@yourearthexperience
Just out of curiosity?? Which of these sites would you be mentioning,, in other words, the one that looked the most interesting to u.
@@frankomendizabal2348 I think all 4 are amazing, but at first sight Monte Alban and Teotihuacán stand out for me. But i've just to research some of it's history, location etc. I do try to research as much as possible of the things I put in my video. But there are so many amazing places, sights, nature and historical structures in the world.. it's hard to even make a top 100, without another outstanding place falling out the list. :)
@@yourearthexperience
Oh wow, interesting to hear that you liked Monte Albán, I really hope that when you make your video, that you mention the beam of light of the edificio P de Monte Albán.
As well, as the fact the Monte Albán and Atzompa were 1 city in antiquity, now they are separate sites.
Or, you could scrap mentioning Monte Albán all together, and instead mention way more obscure sites like Texcotzingo, Cacaxtla-Xochitécatl, Malinalco, Santa Rosa Xtampak, Kabáh, Mitla, Comalcalco, Toniná, Teopantecuanitlán, La Quemada, Paquimé etc….
No one ever mentions those, they only talk about Chichén Itzá, which is only popular because it’s near Cancun. If you use the right hashtags, I’m sure it will be successful.
@@yourearthexperience
People tend to overlook Mexican archaeology beyond Chicken pizza
Taj Mahal overrated
Numerous factual errors in the descriptions. For example, the Great Wall of China was significantly completely by 200BC, and not 1500 as stated. Of course repair and extensions continued, including before and after 1500, but 1500 was not the "completion" date by any stretch of history.
The information about Machu Picchu is wrong, it was discover in 1909 by Hiram Bingham an American
Not Acropolis? Lols
Might be in my next video! :)
Comparing or ranking the Serengeti park with the Coliseum is not possible. There must be 2 categories, 1) man made and 2) natural.
I understand! What’s why I’ve posted a similar video 8 days ago with ancient heritage sites. Historic structures made by people! :)
The music is too loud and very annoying. It ruins your video.
Ah thanks for letting me know! Will change it in my next video. :)
This video is better on mute
Once again. You and UNESCO and mainstream Europeans historians and archeology conveniently leave out the Kailash Temple of India, the Greatest most advanced of any archeology on Earth...
You can’t force people to like your stuff. You and your little sidestream media are all about anger. Chill for once.😂
@@reddragon6026 Exactly!
@@reddragon6026 but. all this is propaganda taj mahal are u serious??
@@srijansrivastava592 they're right brother, we cannot force them to like our stuff, let it be that way otherwise they'll destroy those sites someday as they did in past. Let it be untouched by the hands of destroyers
Lol what are you talking about? The most adavnced what??? It was built in a period when the Roman could have built much more sophisticated monuments, and it was not even built but carved form the stone. It's like a sculpture, like Petra, there is nothing advanced in it. It is surely beautiful, but advanced? Don't make me laugh please
Thank you for spreading propaganda I guess
How can Colosseum be one of the "UNESCO Best World Heritage Site"? What is there to celebrate as an achievement of the mankind, and feel proud as a human being? Romans used about 50,000-100,000 slaves to build the arena, and many of them lost their lives during its construction. Moreover, after it was opened, hundreds of thousands of people were killed in the arena to entertain the masses.
Please quit this bs. The Colosseum was built by specialized workers, who were paid. Moreover is celebrated because is one of the most advanced monument of ancient history, you should go to Rome and bow in front of its magnificence. If you have this world it's because the Romans built those monuments
