I've watched this so many times I've lost count. The sound of the sabers cutting the squares somehow accentuates the beat of the song in a way that just...does it...for me. Also the hypnotic way that you dance to maintain the beat and rhythm and keep yourself on tempo. I just can't tear my eyes away.
At least on the original soundtrack, the slicings sounds felt like a part of the song. Listening to the music outside of the game felt strange without it.
