It was not even about my health, she just did not like who i was and tried to change me into something i was not. Funny enough, Chelsea was okay with the majority of Charlie's habits. She was even willing to let Alan live with them. Hell, at that point of the show, she and Herb were the only two people not screwing Alan over. Chelsea made the effort to befriend and care for the people in Charlie's life. And she had complete faith that Charlie wouldn't cheat on her with Mia. Chelsea was the perfect partner for Charlie and I'm disappointed that they never got together by the end.
Yeah Mia had alot of nerve to think she could come in Charlie's life and change everything, even if he wasn't comfortable with it. She didn't love Charlie, she just loved controlling him. It was already low on her trying to make him into something he wasn't and tried to kick his family out once they tied the knot but to come back years later and assume that she can still 'have' him knowing that's he's engaged was another new low on her part. Her fragile ego couldn't handle the fact that he didn't want her anymore. She just would have taken off for another couple of years again once Charlie didn't cave into her bs again, she always left once something didn't go her way 🤣

I was on Charlies side here. Yes I get that she wanted to change him but she was just way too strict. My ex was like that. "You have to do this and this and be like that, and start doing this and stop doing that." The weird thing is i was putting up with all that. It was not even about my health, she just did not like who i was and tried to change me into something i was not. The feeling of relief once i was single again and was able to enjoy my life again is unimagineable.

This is the reason why I never liked Mia, she expected Charlie to give up everything for her.
She made him give up the habits he liked: smoking, drinking, gambling, eating meat etc.
She expect him to throw out his own family for her.
She also expected him to have sex with her, even though he was engage to Chelsea.
You shouldn’t be made to change your life-style just because the person you’re dating says so. I mean, unless you’re abroad with the idea 100%, it’s fine, if a man wants to stop drinking and his girlfriend says he should, then it’s okay, he wants to do it, and not because his girlfriend said so.
But if the man likes drinking and doesn’t want to give up, but the girlfriend says “you need to stop drinking, I don’t want to see you drinking again, ever!” Then it’s not okay!
Unless both members of the relationship are wanting the same thing and it’s not because the other made them do it, then it’s fine! But if it’s because of that reason, then it’s not okay.
Funny enough, Chelsea was okay with the majority of Charlie's habits. She was even willing to let Alan live with them. Hell, at that point of the show, she and Herb were the only two people not screwing Alan over. Chelsea made the effort to befriend and care for the people in Charlie's life. And she had complete faith that Charlie wouldn't cheat on her with Mia. Chelsea was the perfect partner for Charlie and I'm disappointed that they never got together by the end.
Yeah Mia had alot of nerve to think she could come in Charlie's life and change everything, even if he wasn't comfortable with it. She didn't love Charlie, she just loved controlling him. It was already low on her trying to make him into something he wasn't and tried to kick his family out once they tied the knot but to come back years later and assume that she can still 'have' him knowing that's he's engaged was another new low on her part. Her fragile ego couldn't handle the fact that he didn't want her anymore. She just would have taken off for another couple of years again once Charlie didn't cave into her bs again, she always left once something didn't go her way 🤣
For any young guy out there watching this who is thinking about getting married don't, look at all those men at the end of this scene everyone of them has been down trodden by the woman they married, this is reality women age very fast and as they wrinkle and sag they get bitter and hateful and take it out on you women are shallow creatures who base their own self worth on how they look and they will take out all of their insecurities on you, don't believe me? watch closely how your mum treats your dad or even how any female in your life treats other women they hate each other too...

Yeah Mia was so toxic and manipulative. I think Charlie fell for her bc she played so hard to get. But once he has her she drove him nuts. She tried to change everything about him, run his home, tried to kick Alan and Jake out once they got married, comes back and tried to ruin his engagement with Chelsea. She was nuts and so awful!

I'm a vegetarian and I despise militant vegetarians. Let people eat what they want. But then, I'm Indian, and the cuisine is designed for vegetarianism, not an attempt to convert, and the food tastes incredible. It's impossible to be a vegetarian outside of the Indian Subcontinent.

I was on Charlies side here. Yes I get that she wanted to change him but she was just way too strict. But on the other hand, he wants to date someone that is a dancer and has a great body but doesn't want to deal with the consequences of that. She had probably always been strict with her food and exercise and of course she was going to look at his eating, drinking and not exercising as a huge flaw.

He accepted her healthy choices, doesn’t mean it’s for him but he accepted that’s how she wanted to live her life. Yes Charlie wasn’t the healthiest person but he was a success and already had a nice place, car, a lot of money and he loved her enough to try and do what makes her happy but it got to the point that she was being ridiculous and acting like his mother more than his girlfriend. I can agree with Charlie and Mia here I want to eat healthier foods and cut back on some of the best foods out there hot dogs cheeseburgers milkshakes cookies etc. but not eat foods that will make me wanna throw it up later. That’s why I believe in a balanced diet. I’m a omnivore not just a herbivore or a carnivore but both, and that’s why I believe everyone else should be too. Vegans come on our bodies can’t live and survive without protein from meats and fats, carnivores we have to have plants in our diet to maintain a healthy life like eating a salad with our hamburger instead of fries and maybe a water without a shake or pop. Bottom line we all feed on death of something wether it’s plants or animals heck even vegetarians derive sustenance from death of something
