This game is not only balanced (every character is good depending on the player) but also very highly skill based (dash manuevers, predictions, timings, etc) truly a perfect one for PvP enjoyers.
this game is NOT highly skill based, all you need is knowledge of the characters and then wait to punish like some fat nerd and use the generic combos that don't even require skill compared to games like devil may cry 💀💀💀💀

You don't have to tap m1 you can also hold it to make sure you can't EASILY mess it up. this is personally how i do it but if it isnt the right way to do it then i could try tapping it, but this is an alternative.
for those who didnt know, you can hold m1 and not have to spam click it, hence why most people find it easy to uplift you.
Ik it's because if you hold its not guaranteed that it's gonna stop the range if the shove

The tapping m1's are to make time for the moves to be ready on not be on cooldown

i ALWAYS recommend downslamming ppl in awakening and make them waste combo escape before using any ult move
downslam opponent, (make them waste their evasive), uppercut into , or .
@@undefinedYT why would you uppercut into any of the serious moves? you might as well just ground slam so that you know they're close enough to you
@@cactusthecactus if you do serious punch, the second their are in the air they will get stunned, with downslam it doesnt work.
@@undefinedYT I think you're confusing serious punch with table flip, I've only had the downslam stun the people when I was doing table flip
it worked fine for me with serious punch, but I normally don't uppercut just because it feels very easy to miss, especially since sometimes they get sent to the left or right a tiny bit while falling down from an uppercut (I'm not talking about ragdoll cancel)
@@undefinedYTjust do downslam into omni. Serious punch doesn’t one shot but Omni does and has a guaranteed hit if they’re on the ground

I play on mobile so that's my combo:
Forward dash + 3 m1's, consecutive punches + downslam, uppercut + almost perfect catch forward dash, 3 m1's + shove (mine don't hit floor when 3 m1's + shove), side dash, m1's holding jump + normal punch.
It's pretty good for mobile players when starting over, I just got 30 kills with this combo, so try out
forward dash
m1 m1 m1 downslam
consecutive punches
down slam again
uppercut
and there

Starting with forward dash is a big no no
I just change the uppercut catch with a side dash kinda like lordheaven

I thought of a combo a bit simpler and does a bit more damage too! so, here you go.
3m1, downslam, consecutive punches (if u wanna do m1s too wait 1-2 seconds before using consecutive punches) then downslam again, uppercut, forward dash, and normal punch, pretty nice fr
consecutive punches don't even hit u while on the ground and they can escape after u downslam

I've learnt, after your combo starter. Slowly do your full combo without letting them escape. That way you let your skills recharge.

The makaku combo is really easy but the shove and the consecutive punches is really hard bc i still haven’t master side dashing but this vid helped me alot I learned how to use ragdoll cancel this video is perfect for me thanks Zeyu

Ur so underrated like I think u need more attention
(I just want to say this because you mentioned baiting ragdoll cancels) I like to immediately bait a ragdoll cancel with an m1 uppercut then side dash towards where they landed so they get combo’d again, if they don’t use it I’ll use the uppercut skill, very effective on every class besides sonic
Its even more effective on sonics because they always do scatter or flash slash so you can hit them to get a free combo and waste their skill
@@Tomato-Winternot quite as if they delay for a perfect time (all classes) the recovery you can be baited yourself into uppercut wasting a move and being unable to act on their recovery momentarily (besides a bloxk)

This combo is one of the best out there. Not only that you can remake the makaku combo like i did in a certain way, still keeping that shove catch
its not that good, you could cook up a combo that is less advanced and does more damage in a few minutes, 1 hour max
ive noticed something about you, when fighting a genos player its better to just block the blitz shot, if they charge fully dash away last second

3 m1's, down slam, uppercut, forward dash, m1, shove + m1, side dash + consecutive, m1 uplift, normal punch

When meet the shove stage, you can actually hold instead of tapping m1 while the shove animation progress.

I been know how to do the makaku combo i just didnt know you do the upper cut at first at do it at last with the normal punch
I’ve done the makaku combo a bunch of times aswell sometimes I don’t need to side dash cuz they’ll just be in front me in close range

I think what you can do is add the 360 foward dash(tutorial on lord heaven) at the end of the combo to make it 1 shot
As someone who does after they waste their ragdoll cancel i downslam into uppercut then catch them two m1 into normal punch
I don’t really like laggy players since sometimes i waste my m1 not that sad but when they just roll back like a back dash and i can’t catch then because the body is in the way

Here is a combo self taught by me: MAKE SURE THEY DONT HAVE RAGDOLL CANCEL 3 m1 + downslam + consecutive punches + downslam + upper cut + immediate side dash forward + immediate use of normal punch, this should bring then to 25% of hp or less.
