yi yealim Eat stuff that has protein and fiber :) Even body builders get at least one cheat day a week, if you can survive that haha. I would just recommend cutting out a lot of the artificial sugars and white breads, plus fast food from your life. Don't have to starve, just eat better :)

Hey guys I literally just made the first one and it is super delicious. How ever I did use half of what they put of cream cheese it was still super super thick so I did 3 cups of chicken broth and if you don’t like onion to much I suggest using a little less maybe like 3/4 of an onion.
