It's funny that this may FINALLY track right with the Fraiser reboot having him return to Boston. Perhaps he gets back together with Lilith at the end of the reboot series.
I guess Rob Neukirch would be about 35-40 here. Assuming that Frederick (born in October 1989) is the same age as the actor playing him, that would place Frasier's death date at around 2027. Yikes. They obviously chose Neukirch because of his resemblence to Kelsey Grammer, as opposed to Trevor Einhorn's younger Frederick, who presumably inhereted his looks from his maternal grandmother Marilyn Cooper. Also, notice how the guy reading the will says "Fraser" instead of Frasier. Reminds me of how angry Frasier got when one of Roz's boyfriends made the same mistake.
Cheers/Fraiser chainsaw order. Watch all of Cheers, stop just before this scene, watch the rest of Cheers, watch all of Fraiser, then watch this scene.
I, too, would like to think that Frasier eventually found his way back to Lilith sometime after the events of "Frasier." If the writers of "Frasier" had wanted to address this scene, in which an elderly Lilith is clearly stated to be Frasier's wife, and/or change its canonical status within the universe, they would have done so on "Frasier." They did this with the issue of Frasier's dad - throughout "Cheers," Frasier states numerous times that his father is not only deceased but was also a research scientist. On "Frasier" in the episode "The Show Where Sam Comes Back," Sam meets Martin Crane in Seattle & finds out he's a retired cop. He calls Frasier out for misinforming the gang back at Cheers. Frasier tries to justify himself by sharing with Sam that "We'd [Frasier & his father] had an argument over the phone the night before [all those years ago during the "Cheers" era]. He called me a stuffed shirt & hung up."

Have they said it takes place in Boston?
Looks like he already has. Or will, or at least might...
Frederick as an adult looks like Niles. “It rhymes.”
Well, I guess Frederick inherited his father's forehead, by the looks of it.
Duh… why do you think they cast him?
Thank you for stating the obvious.
That damn bar!!! lol

This scene always freaked me out, as a kid!

I haven't watched all of Cheers but have seen all of Frasier. I'll have to try that maybe to get more context. Cool idea!
This was supposed to be 40 years later so December 2031.
I guess the reboot will run 7 seasons
Does this imply that Frasier and Lilith got back together at some point after Frasier's show ended?
Nope. Simply that this was written before they thought of the spinoff.
I'd like to think so. Remember that last look between them when the show was ending.

@@frankh.5942 They are rebooting Frasier so that may be
Thanks for the upload.. XD
Chronologically does this episode take place after the episode of Sam being a senior citizen having sold the bar to Woody??
Love it. Xd
Are these taken from an old vhs tape?
They have to fit this into the reboot.
Looks like it already does.
