This is my parkour trip to Massachusets compilation. I was there for about 10 days and I got to train with a lot of really awesome people. We trained a lot of parkour, freerunning, trampoline, tricking, tumbling, and gtramp.

Hey bob! I have no idea if you’ll see this, but I recently rewatched your “Bob is Back” video, but this time I read the description. I am suffering from patellar tendinitis like you were (though nothing as severe as breaking my kneecap twice) and I was wondering if you could give any specific advice on how often/ how hard you can continue to train for freerunning while trying to recover, as well as how long it took you personally to recover fully. I’ve watched a lot of videos on this injury and visited a physical therapist. I’ve seen some results but I want to make sure I don’t counteract my recovery process with training. I would love to get a freerunner’s perspective on this issue because I haven’t seen any talk about it. I hope you see this, and thanks for all the great tutorials on Instagram!
