I've been doing parkour on and off for a couple months, and have learned all of the basic skills and vaults, and even the more advanced movements, but I'm having trouble with tricking and flipping on my own. How did you get started your first year with the flips?

I would recommend watching, TappBrothers they are a channel on UA-cam and they have lots of great tutorials on how to do flips
