When I was in nursing school I remembered Chadwick’s Sign by associating it with the Black Panther, the colors of the character is black and sometimes have blue or purple with him in pictures😂.

I think there’s is a mistake on the GPTPAL , on the L number living children are counted , so in this case twins are counted as 2 not 1 we are checking to see how living children
Chadwick start with C, Cyanosis ( Blue ) Goodells ( G comes first, and the cervix comes first, cervical softening) Hagers ( H comes after G , Uterine comes after the cervix) Uterine lower segment softening Ballotment ( ball goes up and then down ) 😂😂😂😂

Thank you for your thoughts! You are right, though I believe he was only referencing the P - multiples only count as one Pregnancy.
