    He was suspended for the rest of regular season and it just happened to be the 5 games. He would probably be suspended longer if there were more games left. That's plenty critical for a college coach given how long/short their season is and where his team is sitting. Let it go.

      This is the second time in 11 months Juwan Howard has tried to physically attack a coach. 11 months ago during the big ten tournament he berated Maryland players and tried to physically attack Maryland’s former Coach Mark Turgeon. He has to be held back from attacking Turgeon. He then threatened to kill Turgeon. He was also given a double technical and ejected from the game. So this isn’t Howard’s first time trying to physically attack a coach. Howard got the punishment he deserved since this was his second time doing this in 11 months. Or did you forget about Howard doing this last year?

    Just randomly saw this clip again and these arguments are wild! The WI coach didnt "put hands on" or "grab" Howard, he started to shake his hand and touch his elbow, like grown ups do. Howard was just mad he was losing and used his physicality to bully another coach because he touched him in the line where you are supposed to touch them! He should've got out of the hand shake line if he didn't want touched! The "mush" was a smack turned mush, he definitely swung.

      Apology was good but he should have made that after the game in the press conferences. He showed no remorse, no regreat, made up screnerio that didn't happen, blamed the other coach , and said he was protecting himself after swinging at another coach in between 4 people

    Yeah both coaches were at fault. However Howard's actions were worse. I am saying this a not only a black man but a Michigan alumni. Howard should have avoiding the handshake line. Stephen A Smith was wrong, last year Howard had a incident with Maryland coach so hopefully Howard learns from this otherwise he might get fired.
